Need computer help, look no further. I can't say enough great things about Dave. I called him over…read morethe holidays to look at my laptop that crashed. He came over the next day, trouble checked everything and was able to retrieve all of my files and programs. He then came back and installed them on a new laptop my employer sent. These files are my bread and butter and I would have been screwed without them. He was a total lifesaver! Not to mention a really great guy with reasonable prices. Trust me, you can't go wrong with Dave!

Two days ago my laptop started acting up (I couldn't even get it to work in Safe Mode). I hopped…read moreon my boyfriend's 11 year-old uber-slow piece of junk with the goal of finding a local company to help me out, and fast. I got exactly that with Dave's Computer Services. Dave answered my emails and calls in a timely fashion, and worked with me to make an appointment to save my sanity. The whole job took a few hours, and in that time he restored everything back to its original settings, reloaded software I had purchased, and he actually got rid of junky programs I didn't need that were taking up extra hard drive space. He even reloaded a new virus scan program, brought back my preferred web browser, and configured my wireless so I no longer have to plug my laptop into an Ethernet cable. Dave was a very down-to-earth regular guy and was very easy to talk to. I would continue to call him instead of the hyped up franchise company I will not name. :) In fact, he told me he sells used computers as well, and I WILL be calling him to replace that 11 year-old POS inhabiting our home office. Dave quoted me a very reasonable price, so I am very pleased that I can get a deal through him versus spending 4x more elsewhere. I HIGHLY recommend Dave's Computer Services!

My sister just passed from breast cancer this year, and her laptop also almost did too. I couldn't…read moreget it to power on (screen dark, keyboard lit up), and I was beside myself with grief. Chad was very kind and listened to my story. He is a wonderful human being who truly cares first and foremost about his customers as people, AND he is also highly skilled as a computer technician. He did everything he could to revive the computer and after about a half an hour told me that the motherboard was likely the culprit. I saw that he tried everything possible and headed home. I was about to pull into the drive and I got a call and text message from Chad saying he fixed the laptop! He told me that he truly felt for my situation and was determined to give it another try. The auxiliary battery that powers the motherboard was the culprit, and he returned the laptop to me for just the initial assessment fee. Chad really deserves so much more because he restored the remaining piece of my sister to me, and for that, I am so thankful. We also spent a little time talking about life, which I so appreciated in the midst of my grief, and I left feeling uplifted and encouraged that there are still good people left in the world who really want to help and aren't looking to scalp you for all your money. Chad, thank you again for everything you did, the repair, the conversation, for being there in a very sad time for me. I definitely recommend Chad for any computer issue you might have, he will get to the bottom of it for sure!!

He is friendly. HE is VERY knowledgable. He removed the center monitor from my three screen set up. He replaced it with a new top of the line Lenovo with windows 11, a built in webcam, etc. He loaded Windows 11, reconfigures the three monitor setup. He cheked it all out to ensure everything was working perfectly. We said goodbye and he went his way. Then...the next day he sent me an eMail just to confirm that everything was still working 100%--(which is was, and still is). Whenever I need onsite tech services I never consider calling anyone other than My Computer Guy. Doesn't that sound like a seven on the five-point scale? Yeah, I thought so too.
