I am long overdue in writing this review. I would recommend Sabrina to anyone who wants to get…read morehealthy in an organic way! I had worked with Sabrina in the past and after years of struggling and as I have gotten older, I knew I had to reach out to her. I have always been active and I workout every day so that was not an issue for me. But I was still slowly and steadily gaining weight. I have tried every meal plan and/or diet you can think of spending hundreds of dollars a week on food and hours in the kitchen meal prepping, and nothing worked long term. I reached out to Sabrina in September and started working with her a week or so after my initial call. She made a few tweaks to my diet and my exercise routine, and the weight began to come off. We worked together until the middle of January. During our time working together I lost 20lbs. OVER. THE. HOLIDAYS. I am a social person, and food is always a part of that, so the holidays are especially challenging. If I can lose 20lbs over the holidays, anyone can. Since finishing my last session with Sabrina I have continued to lose weight. It doesn't come off as fast because I am not super focused on it, but that is what I love. It has felt easy to just keep doing what I am doing. The changes she made to my diet fit easily into my lifestyle. I finally feel like I am not on a diet, I have just changed the way I eat, and I am spending less money on food and spending less time on meal prepping than I was before working with her. I don't get on the scale a lot these days as I am more focused on feeling good than what the scale says, but every time I do, I am down a few more pounds.

I began working with Sabrina in late spring and summer and I found the health coaching sessions…read morewith Sabrina have been incredibly valuable. I was in a slump and struggled with healthy choices for eating, time management, and exercising. I began to see improvements in my lifestyle after beginning the sessions. I began prioritizing things such as my health and my family over work. Sabrina has a wealth of information regarding healthy and clean eating and suggestions for meals and workouts. She even provides detailed plans to manage your time so that you as an individual are in control of your time. She provides customized coaching based on your needs. It is absolutely fantastic! I highly recommend Sabrina for health coaching for healthy, happy living.

Over the course of our time together, I've not only lost 35 pounds but have also gained muscle and improved muscle tone. While I've shed inches, the boost in confidence I've gained is truly transformative. What sets Samera apart, beyond her delightful personality, is her ability to make fitness accessible and enjoyable. She has helped me embrace a lifestyle change rather than viewing fitness as a temporary fix or a chore. By integrating my fitness goals into my daily life, I find the process far more manageable and fulfilling. This investment in myself has been the best decision I've made, and I know it will have lasting benefits for years to come.

I called the office number listed on her Sutter profile site of (916) 887-4660. A recording stated no one was available and to leave a message. Unfortunately I could not do so because the mailbox was full. I scrolled all the way down her profile page and came to a section titled "About Sutter" and then "contact us." At this point it's a guessing game as to which number in this area might be able to help and assist me in making a new patient appointment. I called 800-493-1372 under "Find a Doctor" and spoke to a young lady who said she couldn't help me in obtaining another number. She even attempted to call the same number I did and got the voicemail and was unable to leave a message as well. I asked this "customer service representative" if her supervisor or team leader could help get a message to Dr. Griffin's clinic manager/supervisor to alert them of this challenge in reaching their office. She did step off of the phone momentarily but came back and said there's nothing else they can do to help me. Wow! I can't be mad but only laugh that Sutter Health has the same level of customer service as the State EDD Department and the DMV.
