We really appreciate their customer service and kindness. Thank you, King Kong!

We had our water heater start leaking around 10 PM, and suddenly had no hot water. I reached out to…read moreTai at CK Plumbing that night, and he responded almost immediately, which was such a relief. He came out first thing the next morning, arrived early, and took the time to thoroughly explain what happened, what our options were, and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. His pricing was very reasonable, and within about 2 hours we had a brand new water heater installed and everything was back up and running. He also pointed out a few upgrades I should consider for my main water line to improve both water pressure and safety. I really appreciated that he took the time to educate me without being pushy--it showed that he genuinely cared about making sure everything in my home was working safely and properly. Tai is professional, knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely nice to work with. I really appreciated how efficient and transparent he was throughout the entire process. I highly recommend him if you need a reliable plumber. One thing to note: He only accepts cash or check, so be prepared. Thanks so much, Tai!

I was able to schedule an appointment quickly (mostly due to a cancellation). Michael arrived right on time and immediately went to work. He kindly answered all my questions along the way. When I mentioned that I planned to attempt to do a bathroom faucet change myself, instead of "talking down" to this 60 YO woman he actually showed me what I needed to do and gave me some tips. Even said if I got stuck to send him a text and he'd try to walk me through it. Never had a plumber do that before. I would definitely recommend Affordable Plumbing Services and won't hesitate to call Michael back to do work for me in the future.

Very difficult to understand how you can make business if you can't behave professionally with your customers especially when they ask simple questions and a little bit of explanations on the work that has to be done. So if I would rate how fast he responded I would give 5 stars, for the job I would say he did quite ok according to the circumstances that he had to deal with, but behavior and communication is a total fail and needs a lot of improvement. Price wise he is pretty much aligned with what you would be quoted for the same type of job. I wouldn't recommend.
