    Went to Only Smog on a Friday. Called ahead to make sure they were open and accepting clients without an appointment. The owner was able to accommodate me same day and told me to come on down. The business complex the business is in is a bit confusing to get around as you have to zig zag through the rows of buildings until you get to the last, only smog is the very last space on the left. It was hard to get to as there were many trucks and cars from other businesses parked everywhere and the streets are narrow. The process of getting smogged was straight forward. I had asked about the check-in on deal offered on Yelp but was told it was out dated and wasn't being accepted. Although this was a bit of a bummer, the price was still slightly better than some offered around town. The process took about 15 minutes and I was ready to go about my day. All in all, I would recommend getting a smog check here. He is Star certified and it's always nice to help a small business. Only knocking a star because of the outdated/invalid check in offer and the fact it was difficult to find. The experience overall was good and the owner was nice.

    DON'T COME HERE FOR SMOG CHECK. the guy who works here is a scam artist. He looked and my vehicle and told me there was no problem before he started the SMOG check, then did it and told me that he had to fail me because my car was missing "a sticker with a number". Super rude, huge lenguage barrier and bad customer service. I ignored the bad reviews on Google and yelp, give him the benefit of the doubt and came anyways and paid the price. TRUST ME DON'T DO BUSSINESS HERE.

    Really nice there was no wait for the smog check. The smog check itself went by really after the whole process only took about 20 minutes! Super fast!

    Fast service, owner operated and he's super nice. Will explain the whole process and was $50. Its forty for most cars but he explained how its more for older cars and why that is. Very knowledgeable and can even recommend a great mechanic next door.

I've now had both passenger-side windows fail -- first the rear passenger window stopped working, and now the front passenger window completely dropped into the door and won't roll back up. I'm struggling to understand how a vehicle with under 100k miles ends up with multiple window motor/regulator failures. After doing research, I found many owners reporting similar issues, which makes this seem like more than normal wear and tear. I reached out to both the dealership and Kia hoping for some goodwill assistance due to the repeated failures. Instead of receiving meaningful help, I was told I needed to pay for diagnostics and was given an estimate of roughly $2,300 to replace both passenger-side window assemblies and motors. What made this experience even more disappointing was feeling like dealership management showed little interest in helping despite me purchasing the vehicle through them and being a long-term customer. I asked whether any assistance, goodwill repair options, or cost-sharing could be considered and was essentially told I would be responsible for the full amount. I was already unhappy with the price I paid when I originally purchased the vehicle and felt I paid a premium expecting quality and support. Having major repeated failures like this before 100,000 miles and then receiving no meaningful help has been extremely frustrating. I expected better reliability and better customer care.
