I was told by Mike they would inspect my car on Wednesday afternoon because they were currently working on another vehicle. On Wednesday I called for an update and was told I would receive a text message since they still had not inspected my car once again. When I replied to the text, I was asked what I needed a quote for. I explained that the entire reason I brought my car in was because I didn't know what was wrong with it. It was making noises and I needed them to inspect it first and tell me what repairs I needed. On Thursday morning. I had to call again and once again told by Mike they were still working on another vehicle. They said they would run my car that day and Mike said he would call me with an update by the time the shop closed at 8:00pm. I had still not received a phone call or any updates that night. On Friday morning, I called again but there was no answer, so I left a voicemail. After receiving no calls or updates I called again during my lunch time. Mike answered and told me he would call me ASAP after speaking with his brother. I told him I would be waiting for the phone call. After waiting 20 minutes without a call, I called back. Mike answered again and immediately said he would call me back with his brother, he didn't allow me to finish speaking so I stopped him so I could simply ask whether they had even started working on my car. He finally told me they would work on it today. I reminded him that they had already had my car since Tuesday. At that point he said " I can't hear you" and then told me "If you need to pick up your car, pick it up". Throughout this experience, there was a complete lack of communication and follow through. I was repeatedly told I would receive updates that never came, and no one was honest about the status of my vehicle. My car sat at the shop for several days without being, inspected, leaving me without transportation and wasting my time. I expected clear communication and a basic inspection, but unfortunately, I received neither. Upon arriving to pick up my vehicle, no one apologized or said anything, handed me the key and walked away. My car was not inspected but ran for 15 miles. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop.

Instead of receiving meaningful help, I was told I needed to pay for diagnostics and was given an estimate of roughly $2,300 to replace both passenger-side window assemblies and motors. What made this experience even more disappointing was feeling like dealership management showed little interest in helping despite me purchasing the vehicle through them and being a long-term customer.
