Passed with Flying Colors! I should've left this review long ago, and apologize to this shop for waiting so long. But after today's visit I decided not to wait any longer. FIVE STARS isn't going to cut it though. I'd give them TEN STARS, if I could. Every time I've taken a vehicle in, I've been incredibly happy with them. For starters, they're HONEST. They explain the each step as they go through the process. They didn't try to upsell me anything and gave me free advice to better maintain my vehicles. Ok, I wasn't prepared for a female to smog my car,, but dang!!Ani not only impressed me with her knowledge, but treated me with respect and kindness, which is exceedingly rare these days- in any business! As my car was being tested, I glanced around to see others being treated with the same conviction. Both she and the gentleman Marcos made me feel valued and seemed to genuinely appreciate my small token of business. As with every industry, customer service and satisfaction seems to have taken a back seat after Covid, but I can tell you service here hasn't suffered. Do not go here ladies, took in my car for a smog check cause I thought I needed one but apparently I did not need one, gave my paperwork to the (professionals) "that would know if I need one or not", so I paid for a smog check that year even tho I did not need one. This year that I actually need one I will be going elsewhere. "Morals" they could have been like: hey guess what, you're actually not due for one. read more

These people took a hour for my smog check and said it didn't pass , which was weird , I literally took my car to a different smog shop in the street which literally took 10 mins to do and it pass with flying colors , I don't know what was that about , they literally robbed me my 40 dollar wouldn't recommend read more

Service was good but quoted $50 over the phone and charged $62. I didn't get a receipt but when paying my husband said $50 and he said yes but looking at my charges after the fact I actually paid $62. read more

From the amazing chairs in the lobby made with tires to the Nice little fish tank and the very polite, professional young lady that answers the phones, takes cars around back and handles all payments and paperwork. My 1st time here was great. This last time not ao much. Sign on the door shows opens at 830 and i was there before 830. 15 min pass and nobody shows. Was greeted and confirmed I was at the right place for my star station smog. Handed over my keys and a couple of signatures later literally was in out in less than 15 min. Super fast and friendly. Also they had a coupon special for 40 dollars. Bring cash if you want to avoid the 2 dollar charge for credit card/debit. My car has failed smog multiple times and I've never been charged for a failed smog before. This place charged $30 for "labor" to plug a reader into the computer. I've taken my car somewhere else to get the smog check and even they were surprised that I was charged anything for a failed smog. I'm sure their other services might be good but I wasn't pleased with the smog. read more
