This place is awesome!! From the amazing chairs in the lobby made with tires to the Nice little fish tank and the very polite, professional young lady that answers the phones, takes cars around back and handles all payments and paperwork. I got there about 3:30pm and got one car smogged, went home, got my Wife's car, came back and got smogged and was back home by 4:45pm. Quick, fast and professional. Thank you all. Have a blessed new year.

My 1st time here was great. This last time not ao much. Sign on the door shows opens at 830 and i was there before 830. 15 min pass and nobody shows. I called and the guy said he would be the in -5 or 20 min. Never showed up. I left at 930 and went to Nother shop. Too bad i reccomended them to other people too

Passed with Flying Colors! I should've left this review long ago, and apologize to this shop for waiting so long. But after today's visit I decided not to wait any longer. FIVE STARS isn't going to cut it though. I'd give them TEN STARS, if I could. Every time I've taken a vehicle in, I've been incredibly happy with them. For starters, they're HONEST. They explain the each step as they go through the process. They didn't try to upsell me anything and gave me free advice to better maintain my vehicles. Ok, I wasn't prepared for a female to smog my car,, but dang!!Ani not only impressed me with her knowledge, but treated me with respect and kindness, which is exceedingly rare these days- in any business! As my car was being tested, I glanced around to see others being treated with the same conviction. Both she and the gentleman Marcos made me feel valued and seemed to genuinely appreciate my small token of business. As with every industry, customer service and satisfaction seems to have taken a back seat after Covid, but I can tell you service here hasn't suffered. I will continue to drive the 30+ miles to this shop just to support their business!! You guys are the best! Salut!!! Thanks for the great service, see you when the Lexus is due in October! read more

Do not go here ladies, took in my car for a smog check cause I thought I needed one but apparently I did not need one, gave my paperwork to the (professionals) "that would know if I need one or not", so I paid for a smog check that year even tho I did not need one. This year that I actually need one I will be going elsewhere. "Morals" they could have been like: hey guess what, you're actually not due for one. read more

These people took a hour for my smog check and said it didn't pass , which was weird , I literally took my car to a different smog shop in the street which literally took 10 mins to do and it pass with flying colors , I don't know what was that about , they literally robbed me my 40 dollar wouldn't recommend read more

Service was good but quoted $50 over the phone and charged $62. I didn't get a receipt but when paying my husband said $50 and he said yes but looking at my charges after the fact I actually paid $62. read more

Honest guy and no BS. Great small business that is able to keep the old California software working. When he has problems with his equipment (they all do) he is able to direct you to another place to get smogged. Great networking with his competitors and is well respected in town. read more

I've been taking my cars here for a fresh smog and the people are great no matter what you got going on they are there to help, if one of your sensors aren't ready he will let you know exactly what is it or come close to it to the T! It was time to get mom's tags for her Toyota. I called MGM Smog Saturday morning to make sure they were open, and they were. Once I arrived, the car was hooked up and 10 minutes later...done!!! No hassle at all and very fairly priced! When it's your time to get your car smog-ed, go here. I highly recommend this business. They're quick, efficient, very reasonable. Thank you. DC read more

Found this place by looking around comparing prices. Gave them a call to ask some questions i had and they answered them with ease. So I decided to head down and find this hidden gem and I am glad I went. I walked in and was greeted very kindly and they got straight to my car right away. Got the job done in about 15 min or so and even let me run to the store to get the payment. I will definitely be going back here and recommending this business to my friends. read more

Was greeted and confirmed I was at the right place for my star station smog. Handed over my keys and a couple of signatures later literally was in out in less than 15 min. Super fast and friendly. Also they had a coupon special for 40 dollars. Bring cash if you want to avoid the 2 dollar charge for credit card/debit. Will definitely be bring my vehicles here for future smog inspections. read more

These guys really know what they're doing!! Pretty fast at a decent price!! I came here to get a smog done and my truck didn't pass. Estaban was really cool and helpful to help me figure out what the problem was. Turned out it was my catalytic converters and when I came back after a couple days of having them installed it passed with flying colors. Thanks again Estaban. read more

I've been coming here for years. Marcos has always taken great care of me. Services was prompt & everyone there is always courteous. Always make me feel like my business is appreciated. My car has failed smog multiple times and I've never been charged for a failed smog before. This place charged $30 for "labor" to plug a reader into the computer. I've taken my car somewhere else to get the smog check and even they were surprised that I was charged anything for a failed smog. I'm sure their other services might be good but I wasn't pleased with the smog. read more

Okay I don't really review places but when the customer service is above and beyond I have to. So I needed to get a smog done obviously, but not only did it get done the MGM was very clean, the owners were very respectful, and very informative. No extra unneeded prices. Prices and information all in site so no need to wonder. The job is done on the spot no wait. Also has to be the cheapest place to do it in Moreno Valley. (no coupon needed) read more
