A Stressful Experience and a Dismissive Response Made It Worse…read more I booked this service specifically to avoid the stress of arranging a ride after a long flight. It didn't deliver. I was promised a notification three days before pickup with instructions -- it never came. The night before my return flight I had to call multiple times just to get a contact number to use upon arrival. When I landed and called that number, the driver said he'd never been assigned to me and had no idea who I was -- he was picking up his kids. I called the main number. No answer. Straight to voicemail -- which was full. Same on my second attempt. I managed to get a text through and eventually received a callback connecting me with a different driver, who arrived about 20 minutes later. To his credit, that driver was genuinely apologetic and a pleasure to deal with -- the only reason this is two stars instead of one. He candidly told me he'd just finished another fare and was called in last-minute, which directly contradicts what I was told the next day when I called to address the situation. That call was the most frustrating part. Rather than acknowledging what went wrong, the person I spoke with was condescending and dismissive -- telling me it "wasn't a big deal." He then claimed the second driver had been waiting for me as planned and that the first number I was given was never actually my driver. That's not what either driver said. Someone isn't telling the truth, and I know which version I believe. The whole point of paying a premium for private car service -- rather than taking the shuttle to the Uber lot -- is a smooth, stress-free return home. This was neither. And when something goes wrong, a little accountability goes a long way. I didn't get that either.

Instead, he said, "Well, at least you weren't going to the airport." He had entered the wrong address and continued driving the wrong direction even while our party planner was on the phone giving him the correct location.  As a result, we lost an entire hour of one of the most important events of our lives. It completely ruined a significant part of the day. I am not embellishing when I say this ruined one of the most important days of our lives. I contacted them about a refund multiple times and did not get a response. When I finally did track them down, they yelled at me. They tried to spin it by claiming the venue was "remote." it was in Simi Valley - half a mile from the urban area. This was not an inaccessible location. Based on our experience, I would not trust them to be responsible or professional, or respect you/ your time. Sorry! Find someone else who does :)

The Limo we got did not match the photos at all and it was much older and in FAR worse shape. We ordered a creme elegant interior, which we saw photos of, and the one we got was a black cave inside and all about a bachelor party vibe with lots of things broken. The condition of the limo was just not acceptable. There was a loud whine from the speakers the entire two hour ride from insufficient shielding on audio and electrical cables that were too close together somewhere in the limo, and it made talking inside nearly impossible and extremely annoying. The driver had no clue how to silence the speakers or how to connect a device to try to play music over the whine. After using the limo service, we ended the ride before the time we had paid for (we were dropped off at 2:45PM, and we had paid until 3:30PM). After I complained about the condition of the limo and asked for a $200 refund. They agreed, and then they sent me an overtime bill for nearly $800, which they discounted by $200 to bring the total closer to $600. The driver lied and recorded that he dropped us off at 7:05PM which triggered this large overtime charge to my card. This is fraudulent, as we were dropped off before our end time, and I have time stamped videos to prove that. I called to fight this, I emailed, and was always given the runaround. "We're not in the office" despite it being the middle of the workday. "We can't get the driver to verify your claim" or always making me call them instead of having someone call me when they were actually in the office. Eventually, enough was enough so I'm fighting it with the credit card company. They've got nice photos online, but the product is anything but. STAY AWAY unless you're looking for a lot of frustration.

I called One World and talked to Brian Puskas a partner in the company and he was able to get me a driver and car for that night to take us to the airport. The driver was at my house 15 mins early waiting outside in a brand new Mercedes S class car! The driver was friendly and very professional and got my family to the airport on time. After dropping my family off he drove me to a dinner meeting in Santa Monica & drove me home in total comfort and style. I also learned they have Sprinter Vans for large groups and buses that seat up to 40 people! I plan on renting a Sprinter Van to go to the Rose Bowl game ! One World Limousine is a great service at a reasonable cost. If you are in need of a car or transportation to be chauffeured around this company is Legit ! I'm totally impressed by the clean car and professional and friendly driver that was supplied to me!
