As a big fan, I was already sold on the Disney moment of a wedding carriage sweeping me and my new husband away into happily ever after! So, when I found Classic Limos and spoke with Dan for about 45 minutes, I felt like I made a new friend AND the perfect added detail to our wedding. We paid up front back in November of 2022 for our wedding in March 2023. So, everything was set. We selected the 1937 Packard, and I could not wait for our big wedding day to see it in real life! It was as gorgeous as I knew it would be. It had many of our guests in awe to see that we had our getaway car ready to go. At the end of the ceremony, just like Dan advised, myself and my husband ran off to hide, while the rest of our guests were ushered outside for our champagne toast. Once everyone was gathered outside, we re-appeared, and approached our chauffer who was waiting with a beautiful silver tray and two gorgeous crystal champagne flutes. We did a toast, thanked our guests for joining us, and invited them to party with us the rest of the night. Then we got in our beautiful car, and our driver, Jeff, took us for a great ride down to our reception hall. We were about to arrive a bit early than expected, so we asked Jeff to do a few more turns in order to make the most of our serene moments in the car. If I could give this place 10 stars, I would! First off,due to the pandemic, we had to change our reservation details and Dan was great at making the process easy. But what really stood out (apart from the awesome car of-course) was our chauffeur Ish O. Apart from being extremely nice, courteous, and attentive, he went out of his way to help in what could have been a disaster. My husband used the service for our wedding and during our photo shoot I left my bag behind in a dirt parking lot. We didn't realize the bag was left behind until Ish had dropped us off at home which has about 45 minutes away from the parking lot. Did I mention my cell phone and wallet were in the bag? Ish went above and beyond and called his wife which was nearby the lot and asked her to go check if the bag was still there. Thankfully, she found the bag and kept it safe for us to pick up. Ish even offered to bring it to us since he was headed our way later that day! Not only that, but Ish also helped us find a good spot to take pictures with the car since the photographer we hired wasn't from around the area. He even had great ideas for poses. Are you going to post his bar number now? Maybe post my address and mother's maiden name? Why did you have to even mention my sister? She has nothing to do with this incident. Your behavior is extremely unprofessional and, frankly, your attempt to discredit my review was, at best, hardcore internet trolling. Is a full doxing your next step? I wrote my original review on a different social media platform more than three years before I cross-posted this review on Yelp. Same review, bro. Your driver *definitely* witnessed my post-grease freakout (as did the entire wedding party) and he also heard about it when he returned to the church with a DIFFERENT CAR to pick us up after the ceremony *because* of the grease on the seat. He was told to do so by the manager on duty because I said I wouldn't get into that greasemobile again. He even confirmed that the car was being inspected and the back seat cleaned. I might have been pissed about the busted AC but I was LIVID about the ass grease. There's a time and a place for greasing of the ass and it's not before the church ceremony! ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Further, your records show my mother as the point of contact because she did all the bookings for me, but *I* was your customer. He was very understanding and informational. After looking at a lot of photos I had my mind set on the 1962 Rolls Royce. Its pricier than getting a standard limo, but has way better photo opportunities and experience. They stayed in touch by emails leading up to our wedding day and confirmed our driver and contact number the day before, which was nice. Our driver Frankie was great! He showed up on time and touched base with me and told me what the best way was to do our send-off. We had him show up about 1.5 hours early because we had to book the car for a minimum of 3 hours. We got great photos with the car and everyone loved it. It was in superb condition! He provided us with champagne and chocolate as we got in and had a red carpet.
