John was extremely professional, stayed in constant contact with me throughout the planning process, and even helped me figure out which wineries we should go to, which was tricky during COVID times (also, we had our little dog with us). The sprinter was clean, comfortable, and had a Bluetooth connection so we could easily play all our favorite jams during the ride. He showed up on time and had it stocked with waters and ice.
