Sad story. Would only give one star or less for the adorable chemise they are selling (mosaic pattern) that is not colorfast. My white sheets turn grey-pink when I wear it to bed (where else would I wear it?). They did refund me with no questions or need to return it. Big fan of this brand, and usually buy their stuff through their online retailers. The quality is great and their practice is respectable. Love their collections and the employees have always been informative and friendly. Will continue coming here, and glad I got to visit their shop in person. Terrible customer service. I received an item from an online order in the wrong size and they said I could return it for an exchange. They never sent me the correct item. They also have not responded to any of my emails or calls inquiring about the issue. After months of no reply from their customer service I filed a complaint with the BBB and there was no response to their investigation either. How does a company ignore a BBB investigation? If they can't provide the item in the correct size, why haven't I received a refund? Instead I have been completely ignored, and they've kept my purchase and my money. TERRIBLE read more

I'm a girl, I'm a girl, I'm a girl!!! That is what i felt like screaming from my girlie little lungs upon entering this store, because it was so cute and charming. They have tons of feminine clothes that definitely reside in the demure family. They have lingerie that is just so delicate and awesome, but then balance it with a cute pair of boxer shorts that proclaim, "Love Hurts." Yes pair of boxers, yes it does. They were having a sale the day we went in here and the stuff on sale was just as cute as the full price stuff, which is pretty cool, since often times the sale stuff at places is kinda crappy. They also had the most adorable whiskey heart necklace where you could put a cute little picture of your lush lovers in that I totally wanted to get, but it was over $200 bucks and it wasn't that cute. We went to Only Hearts on a recent trip to NY in search of something different than the regular department store brands. This store is definitely that. The underwear is sometimes handmade, mostly creative and always expensive. It ranges from classic to sexy to cute. I ended up buying a hooded short robe to keep warm while wearing the sexy stuff underneath. I tried on a range of bras and none of them fit. I am a 34A and the small was downright constricting. After struggling in the changeroom for ten minutes I asked for a medium and the girl brought one out from the back for me. Even on the very largest band size the bra was still too small. I didn't even bother trying on any of the matching panties. I think some of the camisoles and tops would have fit but I didn't try any on. Large-breasted women might want to give this store a pass. read more

Came here with my (per usual) trendy roommate for a launch party the other week. The premise of OH: POP is that for a limited time Only Hearts has never worn merchandise from the 80s. Truly, from the 80s. It was wonderful. The layout of the store was updated to showcase old lace gloves, trendy movie posters and even magazines from the decade. My friend fell in love with a pair of thigh-high fold over black boots that were on display (they were also snagged by the Lord and Taylor buyer) and she went back a couple of days later to buy them. A great find for under $300 and she wears them all the time now. I want to go back and buy some lingerie for Christmas gifts. Perfect for those trendy friends who already "have everything." And what better way to be nostalgic about the 80s then to throw on some lacy undies and a garter belt and sing "Like a Virgin" before... bed? read more

Nice bras, undies and clothes. Wheeeeeeeee it's fun to be a girl sometimes. Only Hearts' own line of clothing/lingerie is pretty awesome. It's all pretty feminine with little details of lace and frills. I'm personally a big fan of their tank tops and bralettes. Agree with Lisa Q - check out the sales tent - they usually have a few good things back there. Who doesn't love scoring a deal? Also, the salesgirls are always sweet. read more

The uptown store has a much better selection. I've never seen anything awesome on their singular vintage rack. I wrote in a review about the UWS store how much their sizing disappoints me. I'm an XS and basically, they don't carry XS. Their smallest bras are so stretchy and supportless, I don't see the point. Their size small crossover front slip was gigantic on me. The stretchy fabric they use is too stretchy--it would be horrible for shapewear because you'd see all the bumps and lumps. It's too bad because some of the cuts are great, but the fabric they use is just a fail all around. I do not think this is the best lingerie out there for the price. read more

This place carries adorable camisoles, fancy bras and sexy underwear. They also sell some clothing, shoes and costume jewlery. They carry their own line for the lingerie. A great place to find a lacy top for under a jacket or to layer under a tanktop. The camisoles have built in bras with matching underwear. I have nerve sensitivity due to a spinal cord injury and don't know what i would do without the sencond skin cami tops. i cannot wear a bra and these are a godsend as I cannot have anything next to my skin.. I wear the thin strap and the tank cami in the second skin in all the colors. Please don't ever stop making them. The design and fabric content are fabulous. .And for those older these products are great. (I am over 60) I have always found the service excellent as I do not live in New York. read more

I will never shop at this store again. I have purchased many items at this store (which items were for the most part over priced). On my last visit to the store I purchased four body type shirts (the same shirt in four different colors). I had bought other colors in the past. On my return to Canada I realized I had bought a color I had already purchased on an earlier visit. About one month later I called to advise I would be back in NYC and wanted to exchange the duplicate color, buy something else in exchange or get a store credit. The various excuses I was given for the refusal to exchange or provide a credit were ridiculous and so lacking in any degree of client service that I realized that the manager must be incredibly inexperienced or simply lacked any good judgment. Speaking with the manager wasn't worth the long distance charges. Don't purchase anything from this store if you ever expect any form of customer service thereafter. read more
