Since I'm high risk, cleanliness was my number one concern when booking. It's been a stressful year for us all between election, Covid, and just honestly all the crap from 2020 and into 2021 has already thrown us. I booked my appointment and expressed my concerns since I know it's also important to ensure any establishment like this would be comfortable given the health issues I have. Madelyn was so sweet and limited her availability before the appointment to ensure the room was safe for me and really just created a safe space from the start. Upon arrival, I started the consult saying I was basically a human knot and carry almost all my stress in my neck/back/shoulder area. When she started she goes "oh you weren't kidding." Lmao, NOPE. Ya girl is broken. She really got into all of my concerns and showed my muscles that in all actuality she is boss. I think she found knots in muscles I didn't even know existed? Will I be back? Heck yes. I will recommend Madelyn to literally any person who mentions a massage in the future (and I already told my whole Facebook they gotta book her if they are ever in Dallas). Highly recommend!

Chris is very off-putting and not very personable and I didn't feel very welcome at first but the massage went okay. I decided to go back a second time because I felt like it helped in some ways, but he really hurt me this second time. I could feel my shoulder blade popping a lot and when I winced he whispered into my ear just "you feel that?". Then he had the audacity to give me a hard time for having a "stiff neck" and said it was "all in my head". I have been feeling crappy all day the next day. I was trying to give him a chance but honestly he is rude and I think I can do better. He is not very welcoming to newcomers nor is he gentle at times. I would say that if he just kept his mouth shut instead of acting like a know-it-all, the process would have maybe garnered him 3 stars. Besides, if something were wrong, all he had to do was tell me to relax and help me with releasing more tension for him to work with. Don't give me flack for something that I can't help. I'm still nervous and new to massages as a way of therapy. Not a great way to keep a customer. I won't be coming back. Too expensive to have someone treat me like garbage and also make me feel bad too. Would give zero stars if I could!!!

I reached her via TG (susanhahn1 ; she took care of the arrangements, sent a private code once payment cleared, and greeted me at the entrance. The booking process is being cleaned up. Another guest without a code was allowed inside, yet I received noticeably better treatment ,massage after the bath plus a few additional goodies while using the sauna. The space was ready and her gentle style kept the atmosphere calm the entire time. The session stayed private and delivered what I wanted, including HE. Before I left she suggested a basic 30-day exercise routine. Communication worked smoothly with Google Translate. Anyone looking for a smooth, uninterrupted sauna experience with that level of attention and HE should contact Susan . Already planning my next visit.

One therapist was ALL ATTITUDE another didnt communicate and it was super frustrating. As a retired LMT of 21 yrs I expected better customer service and better massages. The massage rooms are cold and when I commented to the therapist how cold I was she didnt offer to turn on a table warmer (if they even have them). Instead she put on a fan! It was definitely all about her comfort and nothing about the clients! This seems to be an ongoing issue with this place. Happy customers are returning customers and Im not a happy customer. My gift card is used up now so I won't be returning and do not recommend this place.
