Plus Cash was recommended by my sister so I knew it was okay to give him a try. Cash has the right amount of pressure I have been NEEDING! He stretches, lengthens, and massages the body. Chris is very off-putting and not very personable and I didn't feel very welcome at first but the massage went okay. I decided to go back a second time because I felt like it helped in some ways, but he really hurt me this second time. I could feel my shoulder blade popping a lot and when I winced he whispered into my ear just "you feel that?". Then he had the audacity to give me a hard time for having a "stiff neck" and said it was "all in my head". I have been feeling crappy all day the next day. I was trying to give him a chance but honestly he is rude and I think I can do better. He is not very welcoming to newcomers nor is he gentle at times. I would say that if he just kept his mouth shut instead of acting like a know-it-all, the process would have maybe garnered him 3 stars. Besides, if something were wrong, all he had to do was tell me to relax and help me with releasing more tension for him to work with. Don't give me flack for something that I can't help. I'm still nervous and new to massages as a way of therapy. Not a great way to keep a customer. I won't be coming back. Too expensive to have someone treat me like garbage and also make me feel bad too. Would give zero stars if I could!!!

I reached her via TG (susanhahn1 ; she took care of the arrangements, sent a private code once payment cleared, and greeted me at the entrance. The booking process is being cleaned up. Another guest without a code was allowed inside, yet I received noticeably better treatment ,massage after the bath plus a few additional goodies while using the sauna. The space was ready and her gentle style kept the atmosphere calm the entire time. The session stayed private and delivered what I wanted, including HE. Before I left she suggested a basic 30-day exercise routine. Communication worked smoothly with Google Translate. Anyone looking for a smooth, uninterrupted sauna experience with that level of attention and HE should contact Susan . Already planning my next visit.

Zen Den is an in-home massage studio, and the building itself is beautiful, immediately setting a calming tone before you even step inside. Once in the massage room, everything felt serene and intentional: soothing music, soft ambient lighting, and beautiful tapestries on the walls created a peaceful, grounding atmosphere that allowed me to completely relax. Raj was incredibly kind, professional, and intuitive. He used techniques I had never experienced before--thoughtful, thorough, and clearly tailored to my body's needs. The massage felt both deeply relaxing and incredibly effective, addressing tension while still feeling nurturing and restorative. You can tell he truly cares about his craft and his clients' well-being. By the end of the session, I felt lighter, more balanced, and already looking forward to my next visit. If you're looking for a calm, welcoming space and an outstanding massage experience, I can't recommend Raj at Zen Den highly enough. I genuinely can't wait to go back.
