I could feel my shoulder blade popping a lot and when I winced he whispered into my ear just "you feel that?". Then he had the audacity to give me a hard time for having a "stiff neck" and said it was "all in my head". I have been feeling crappy all day the next day. I was trying to give him a chance but honestly he is rude and I think I can do better. He is not very welcoming to newcomers nor is he gentle at times. I would say that if he just kept his mouth shut instead of acting like a know-it-all, the process would have maybe garnered him 3 stars. Besides, if something were wrong, all he had to do was tell me to relax and help me with releasing more tension for him to work with. Don't give me flack for something that I can't help. I tried chiropractic care, physical therapy, and various other massage therapist. Only 1 massage therapist has made a significant positive difference - and he lives all the way in Washington State! I scoured the internet and yelp for medical massages - I don't need the fluff of a spa or a place to relax, I needed someone to get in there and work out that pinched nerve! I needed results! I can't thank Ross enough for how much time and care she took when working on me last week. She was thorough, and had lots of tricks up her sleeves including aromatherapy and some metal scraping tools. I have never had someone use a fascia tool on me and was absolutely thrilled!! Ohhh wee....I was in pain on the table and was sore after...but the massage worked! My pain isn't as bad and for the first time in 4 months i was able to sleep on the side of the pinched nerve!! I found my GO TO massage therapist in Dallas and am considering getting a membership for a 1 hour tune up per month to see Ross. I've been going to Cedrick for almost 4 months now and let me tell you, each "xperience" is better…read morethan the last. Why? He never performs the same routine every time you come to see him. He performs based on what he notices each visit and he is never robotic. He definitely freestyles which is what I appreciate. I started out going to him just for stretch therapy. Now it's stretch and massage therapy. My last visit he noticed tension in my neck, my shoulders, my hands, and even my underarms (lymph nodes). He's always checking in to make sure you're ok, if you're comfortable, the pressure, etc. You can request any music you'd like while he is performing. He makes it literally the best "xperience" for you each time you come to see him. And he's down to earth. Really nice person. There was also a language barrier, which made it difficult to communicate that the pressure was too much or explain what I wanted. My husband also got a massage and felt that the pressure was a lot. This may be a good fit for someone who likes extremely deep, intense pressure, and I can't speak to their other types of massages, but I personally would not get the deep tissue massage here again.

The Four Seasons, Aria resort in Las Vegas, Spas in Arizona, Florida, etc. I also went to a number of Dallas-based massage studios. I tell you all this not to impress you, but to impress upon you that I can speak on this with some authority. No one, not one place I've been to, comes close to Cemetria. She is phenomenal. It is very clear that she's an outstanding communicator, has anticipated every client need, and more than anything, that she's passionate about her work and is astonishingly good at it. I could go on about her delightful studio, great sense of humor, careful covid considerations, joyful attitude -- but I suspect you're after a great massage - and let me tell you - there is no better - certainly not in Dallas and I would argue there's no better in the nation.
