I've been a patient at this office for about 18 months, and it started a little rough, but has improved there Greatly. First, they listened to constructive criticism and improved their processes and seen an influx of more capable and caring staff. My GP, Patricia Trublood has been the best care I've received while living in Eugene. She carefully studies my medical history, acts as a hub for all of my specialists, listens intently, stays on top of my case and celebrates my wins. Her dedicated assistant Elena extends the same level of care. Same goes for Griffith, their Nutritional expert. read more

Update: After sharing my feedback via link to a survey One Peak texted me this morning, I was immediately called by the clinic's Practice Supervisor, Martanique. She genuinely wanted to hear about my experience. She listened to me and validated my feelings and the reaction I had to the Trazadone Rx and then asked if I would be willing to meet with another Dr. that takes a more natural approach towards treatment. She was very professional and caring and an asset to this clinic. I was excited for my first appointment with one peak after hitting 40 and just feeling "off" in a number of ways from slowed metabolism, to irregular periods, and just overall changes that I wondered might possibly be due to hormone levels. Upon scheduling a telehealth appointment, I received the standard-issue new patient packet to complete with all of my personal information and history. The packet also asked me to list my preferred pharmacy and reason for my visit. The appointment finally came around and initially it was an office staff member who logged on to check me in. She asked me number of questions that had already been answered in my new-patient packet, including my preferred pharmacy, but I thought, NBD, she's not the Dr. and may not have access to that information. Finally, the provider, Lauren Sadowski, logged onto the call and again asked me a number of questions about myself that were already included in the new-patient packet as well as the preferred pharmacy question **again. Next she asked me the reason for my visit so I shared with her my concerns and that I was interested in getting my hormone levels checked in case that had something to do with my recent (ish) struggle with weight gain. From there she asked me how much sleep I was getting so I explained that I'm a light sleeper and that it's because I have a young daughter and sort of feel like I sleep with one eye open ever since she was born just in case anything happens in the middle of the night. She then asked if i'd ever taken any medications for sleeping and I shared that I had not taken anything stronger than benadryl and referred to the above reason: I have a young child and worried that if I was taking heavy sleep medications it could disable me from waking promptly or being able to drive in the event of an emergency, to which she replied that I didn't need to worry about that because if there ever was an emergency, my adrenalyn would kick in and I'd wake up. I thought,"hmm.. kind of a wing-it approach to sleep medications and their side-effects, but ok". She then told me she was prescribing me a drug to help me sleep (un-requested) called Trazadone. So, before the call ended I looked up the medication on my phone and was a little surprised to read that it was a popular antidepressant that boosts serotonin levels. I was almost scratching my head on the zoom call because never had she asked, or had I shared that I was feeling depressed or that my mental health was poor. And was a little weirded out that she was so quick to prescribe me something that, by definition, would alter my serotonin levels whether or not drowsiness was one of the popular side-effects. Then she scheduled me for four more appointments with no real answers on what could be wrong with me other than her epiphany that i was obviously tired. So, we ended our call and I was handed off to another scheduler for the next wave of appts when I was, again, asked (4th time now) what my preferred pharmacy was. Not that it mattered because they ended up sending the Rx to the wrong place anyway. I let the incorrect pharmacy know that I would not be filling the Rx and just this morning called to cancel all the follow-up apts that were made for me. I had high hopes but what this visit was missing was the appearance that anyone cared or had any interest in paying attention to details when moving me through their systems. I logged in to talk about one thing and was prescribed a medication that treats something TOTALLY different. I then dug a little deeper and realized that while these positions are filled with Physician Assistants who are legally able to prescribe drugs, that doesn't mean that they have as much experience or educational training to diagnose and prescribe as a Dr. does which is a little scary once I started thinking and wondering about all the other drugs they have started patients on that they don't need. Anyway, that's just my two cents. Overall opinion is that these employees are lacking attention to detail, personalized patient interactions and care and overall experience. read more

RUN! There is a lot to be desired with this office. They are disorganized, unable to send orders in a timely fashion (5 weeks and counting!), do not reply to voice messages or messages via the patient portal, it is impossible to get anyone on the phone from the office, instead, they have an answering service that can only take a message and share with the office. It is evident that my health is of no concern, they are interested in only prescribing more of their supplements. I gave this office a year and a half to get it together as I really enjoyed the provider, but every interaction degrades my confidence and I have officially decided to seek care elsewhere. read more

I am so grateful I've found this place!!! This is the first time in my life (I'm 33) that I've received actual care. My provider, Lisa Williams, is amazing! She actually listens, order the correct tests, and spent the time going over each piece with me! She also is extremely supportive with certain health goals. She is kind, knowledgable and in no way judgmental!! I feel like I receive thorough and actual care. This place is exactly how all healthcare in the U.S. needs to replicate!! read more

They never answer the phone. It's ridiculous. When I went in there for an appointment, there seems to be plenty of staff. You can't get a hold of anyone, ever. The provider I saw was nice enough but the lack of communication is too annoying. read more

NOT GOOD, Kari Rocco was rude, abrasive and rushed me the whole time. I have had side effects from the new medications she put me on. I could never get through to talk to Kari to discuss my side effects. When I called back for the 4th time the nurse was rude and just said to stop taking the meds if I was having so many problems. This has been very disappointing as I was hopeful this would be the help I was looking for and it has been nothing of the sort. When I called to cancel my next appointment the receptionist asked me why and I told her and she just said ok. No I am sorry or anything to try to get me to stay or speak to Kari or her nurse. read more

Do not go to there. They are awful. No continuity of care. They can't keep providers. The new providers don't read your history and just want you to keep making appointments to take you money. Staff and providers are rude. One staff member even called it a Shit show. The dietician had covid and they blame you for not seeing her. This place just wants Your money and no results. read more

One peak is wonderful! I always dreaded going to Dr Offices but this place is so much more than that. The office ladies are wonderful and friendly. Being able to get vitamin IVs and injections have been so beneficial for my health. The phlebotomist there is wonderful. Lisa is so kind and takes her time really getting to know you and your body. She gave me the most thorough blood work I've ever had done. And I even got some PRP done by Essie. She was so knowledgeable. I can't give this place enough stars. After my wellness doc quit at NeuroSpine, I was left searching for someone new. I do not like that. I liked my doc, Marc. One of my clients told me she saw a new clinic had opened right down the street from where I work. I walked down to check it out and made an appt for a consultation. Karen set me up for bloodwork/labs and today was my follow up appt. She was thorough and took her time going over my lab results. She administered the BioTe today and now she is my new fav doc. Karen is a super cool person. Everyone at the clinic is nice, as well. Go check them out. You won't be sorry. read more

I love this office! They are kind, compassionate and I feel like my health is taken seriously. They take their time to listen to my health needs and give me the best options. Dee Fleming is amazing and goes over my test results thoroughly. I've lost weight meeting with the nutritionist and it's been beneficial. The supplements and vitamin shots have helped my vitamins that I was deficient in come up to recommended levels. I am grateful for One Peak medical. read more

I have seen Heather Cook as a provider twice and both times she has been kind, warm, and compassionate. I felt welcomed and at peace in the one peak office and I knew I would be both understood and treated. As a health care provider she was an out of the box thinker and I loved how she uses both western AND "eastern" medicine in her treatment plans. My experience was excellent and I will be recommending Heather to my friends and family. read more

The best experience I've ever had at a doctors office. They actually were thorough to do a CBC and work with me to help me feel better! The vitamin injections are a huge plus!! Wish they had another facility in Springfield closer to me but it's worth the drive! read more

I have been a patient there for years. This company has the worst customer service of any company I've ever dealt with. Any. They don't answer the phone. They don't return messages. They don't respond to prescription requests. The people there are nice, but you can't get them to do what they should be doing. Zero stars. read more

She barely knew what she was doing, she was in a rush, said she was hungry over and over again. She did nothing for me. She didn't even know what the tool was to look inside my ear, I mean? I originally went to Peak for their medical weight loss program. I had a very poor experience with Kari Rocco and a very good experience with Catherine, the nutritionist. Unfortunately, one has to see Kari so insurance will cover Catherine's services. When I saw Kari I asked her about determining which vitamins and supplements were helpful and which I may not need. Her response was "Just take a,b,c,d...anthing else just causes problems." In my opinion this was irresponsible and inaccurate medical advise. I next saw Catherine. She was informed, kind and helpful. Unfortunately during my appointment with her, Kari barged in without giving notice or knocking. She began rapidly taking my vital signs without asking, refused to listen when I tried several times to tell her something pertinent and her attitude/behavior/tone/mannerisms were antagonistic bordering on hostile. It reminded me of someone with an unregulated mood disorder or substance abuse issue. Since my experience I have heard of several other patients and two other community providers who have had unfortunate experiences. When I spoke with the regional manager about the problem, her response was to minimize and justify the experience I had. As much as I'd like to continue my program with Catherine I would never return to this clinic unless they make significant changes and become patient focused. read more

Tori at the front desk is awesome, and so was the medical assistant. Unfortunately Kari Rocco was less than helpful and doesn't seem to truly care about her patients actual concerns and needs. A full panel of bloodwork and told there's nothing wrong. As a naturopath she should know that just because blood work comes back within range, doesn't mean you're optimal for your personal needs. It's incredibly frustrating when Attempting to discuss real concerns and experiences and being told "you're fine" and "I'd like to see you back in 2 months" is why most people seek out a naturopath as opposed to a standard MD. She also eaves drops on her patients and front desk staff and will interrupt conversations by yelling from an out of site location to her staff. Very unfortunate as I had been very excited to get back on track. read more

I went to ONEPEAK for help with fatigue and other concerns. Blood work was ordered and I went back to discuss the results with the NP. The NP suggested an expensive procedure which I had done. I told her I had medications that I would need refilled and WAS ASSURED that would not be a problem. She gave me her email and asked me to email her about the affects of the procedure. I did (wasn't feeling any affects) and in the same email I requested the medications I needed. No response from NP so I contacted my pharmacy and was told nothing had been ordered. I emailed the NP again to see what was up. Still no response from NP so contacted pharmacy again and was told one med was ordered but only a 21 day supply. The other two meds were omitted, one of which was an inhaler (very important). I emailed NP again and gave her my contact info, email and phone, and asked that she please contact me to explain what was going on. Still no response. Obviously I was misled about medications and Ms. Fleming has displayed a lack of medical ethics on that score as well as unprofessional behavior in ignoring correspondence. If I had been dealt with honestly I could have looked for a provider that could actually help me. I'm confused, insulted, and disappointed. read more

My fiance left crying after going in super excited to finally figure out what was going on with her body. They completely downplayed how she was feeling and steamrolled her totally dismissing how she was feeling. I completely understand that they're medical professionals but that does not give them the right to completely treat someone like crap and act like they're better than everyone. The doctor was Heather Cook and from what I saw there is not a caring bone in her body at least with patients. She had no care about my fiancé's feelings or anything of that nature. She felt it better to be completely abrasive, rude, and dismissive. Didn't ask questions or allow my fiancé to ask questions and when my fiancé did ask questions she completely shut them down and didn't explain them at all. Not a caring meeting at all, felt like she was assuming everything and made no attempt to get to know my fiance at all. read more
