The things I appreciated most about Anthony are that he is honest and genuinely cares about the customer getting what they want not just about making himself or the dealership money. During the car buying process Anthony was a clear communicator. The deal we negotiated over the phone was exactly the deal that I got when I arrived with no surprises. He was so generous with his time and as I had questions about the car or the price, etc. he texted with me even after hours. When I bought the car Anthony was patient while I looked at it and took it on a drive. He even came in on his day off to accommodate my schedule. Even better, he spent lots of time with me walking me through how the features work, etc. While he did a great job with this, I managed to turn my car into emergency stop mode and found myself stranded in a parking lot 3 hours away from the dealership on a Sat night. I called Anthony who called his colleagues in the service department to try and help me fix my screw up. I don't know any person in sales or service who would do such a thing. Now that my car is sold you would think Anthony would be ready to move on to the next client. Nope! He has told me to call him at anytime with any questions or concerns. I plan to do just that. My only complaint? That Anthony doesn't work in Tucson. Seriously, I wish Anthony taught others in car sales and service how to do what he does because it would make the car buying and servicing process a better one. THANK YOU ANTHONY!!!

I even told the manager that I had pictures. He said he didn't want to see my pictures. They didn't matter to him this whole ordeal. To get a car that was not what it was represented, to be be careful with this place, they will definitely try to get you to sign paperwork on a car, they do not have possession of or is somewhere else. Additionally, I do not have a mortgage through this company and it has been nearly 7 years since I have been in contact with them. It immediately sounded fishy (I Googled the phone number from which the text came and it was from an out of state number and I could not find anybody by a matching name that was connected with this mortgage company and location) so I reached out to the the specific loan agent to give him a heads up and he quickly replied that it was not a scam and he actually requested the associate reach out to me. I'm thinking they may have just needed busy work for somebody to go back into files and find contact information of somebody you spoke with 7 years ago who never even had a loan with your office. Who does this? Highly unprofessional and kind of sketchy. Hopefully corporate will see this and address the situation.
