All the accounts are linked and I can transfer money online or on app between accounts, but I get treated differently just based on which account I make the initial deposit into. They aren't very nice about it either. At least that was my experience. Your mileage may vary. All banks svck, and this oneno exception. It's not the worst I have dealt with. You could do worse, but I would hope you could do better. I'm in the process of trying to do better for at least some of my accounts. Generally, I get better service at the DMV than at Foothills Bank. Up the food chain the Glacier (Glacier owns Foothills) supervisors are decent, but the local service doesn't measure up. The teller that was working at…read more11:30am , Jailene , the pink shirt girl second box from the door , was unprofessional , combative , and lied to me about their banks policy's on cashing checks drawn on Foothills bank. It wasn't until I pushed for a manager did she then actually do her job and cash my check. However , because I escalated it , she retaliated against me by forcing me to provide additional information to run a CTR , the check was not a large amount , but more than 2500 dollars , and it was frustrating because she stopped speaking to me , did not communicate what she was doing , and was upset and short just because she had to cash the check. I offered additional proof and was going to suggest calling their customer , but she cut me off and said it was fine. Terrible customer service , I'm a local business owner and lived here my whole life , and it's sad that a local bank would treat the local patrons with such animosity. All I asked was for her to do her job as a teller , and I was punished and made to be a burden for just that. I will never bank with Foothills bank, and never recommend Foothills Bank because they employed an awful person to be the face of their company
