I made an appointment about 7 pm one evening to see a car at 12am the next day. I had picked a 2024 Mitsubishi Mirage. That is what I wanted ti see. I was trading in my 2021 which I bought from them in December 71/2 months ago. I had no issues with the car, but the finance company Santander, well that's another story. After 7 on time payments they say I owe more now than in the beginning. Google Santander. Lawsuits, fraud, not crediting payments correctly. Unfortunately thus dealership uses this finance comoany anyway, even acknowledged the problems. They just want the sale and fo not care what the customer goes thru afterwards. When I got to the lot they tried to out ne in a 5yr old Colorrla for $4 k more money, then still a different car. Bait and switch. I was told several times the deal was done, they just had to call for my payoff. Also they were only going to give me slightly more than 1/2 what I paid them 7months ago. After almost 3 hrs, constantly changing numbers and cars they finally said financing wasn't approved. I am sure a 4yr older car for $4000 more didn't help. Then they blamed my credit score, which they knew to begin with. They then proceeded to tell ne that the Rico score was 53 points lower than it actually is. All 1 big scam, lies, bait and switch on the car. They will say anything to get you into the lot. Waste 3hrs of your time. If you want a fair easy purchase do not go here. If you want to be lied to, overcharged, your trade in stolen for almost nothing, and the dealer to pick what they want to sell you instead of the car you want and waste 3 to 4 hours of your time then this is the dealership for you. There was another couple there that was also discouraged by the overly long process. Do not believe the rave reviews as I suspect they are written by employees. I am 62yes old. I have purchased over 60 cars. This was hands down the biggest waste of time and the worst I have ever been treated at any dealership. I had the pleasure of meeting Efren Uribe on facebook marketplace .I was searching for a 2023 and he told me he works for the car dealership that sells mazda in Arizona . He and his sales manager Jordan Silvia took time to give me a very competitive quote . They went above and beyond . My daughter is still up in the air with what she wants but I would highly recommend anyone who is search for a mazda to visit this dealership ! We just bought a brand new Mazda Cx-9 from here, it was the best experience we've ever had!!! Our salesman Alex was awesome and so accommodating to us, made sure we were happy with everything and went out of his way to make us a great deal!!! Not to mention the finance guy Ernesto and the general manager Blake with extras and keeping our payment exactly where we needed it. The car is so beautiful and we love it! Do NOT purchase a car and especially do not take your car here to get serviced. This dealership is nothing but horrible. I took my car there to get serviced because they say they are the best however they are far from that and instead are the most dangerous. I took my vehicle in to get serviced and for all new brakes to be put on. I travel hundreds of miles in this car for work so I need safety which I thought they could provide. When I arrived at the dealership to pick my car up they were rushing to get my car done due to it being the end of the day. However, they said it would be done by 3 that same day. When I left the brakes were beyond soft compared to what they were before so I knew something was wrong. When I was driving it home I kept hearing a weird noise but couldn't figure out where it was coming from. Three days went by and the noise kept getting worse. Finally I checked my tires and I was missing 3 of my lug nuts for my back passenger tire and all my lug nuts for every tire were loose. I had to pay out of my pocket for my car to be towed to the dealership. They finally agreed to give me a rental while they fixed my car and checked for damaged after I demanded it. They said nothing else was damaged and said they are sorry and that the next service will be on them. That is it. So, I have given them the benefit of the doubt. However, a week later I noticed that my car makes a loud noise when I break. It has gotten worse and worse like something is grinding. So, I took it in more furious than last time. They could not let me talk to the general manager or the owner of the business. All they did was give me a rental and said that nothing was wrong. They gave me my car back and said everything is good however the issue still persists. They put me and my family in danger not once but twice. This is absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous. That is why I sold my car and will NEVER do any business with them. So, if you care about your safety and your family's DO NOT GO HERE. read more

At first the service is good, but once you place your service online, they don't even take a look at your requests, so i decided to get my car washed, oil change, all other goodies, but the only thing i get, my oil change, my car was still dirty. i wouldn't even bother to get my service scheduled online, the only thing that matters, is what you tell them in person. I took my new Mitsubishi in to Bill Alexander Flightline Mitsubishi for my first service. I was so impressed with the way I was treated and the speed with which the car was serviced. They are so on top of things that I received an unexpected email to remind me of the upcoming service. They got the car in for service very quickly. It wasn't long before a service rep came in to tell me my car was done. I was very appreciative of the expedited service. To my surprise when I went to get in my car I noticed they had also washed it. In all my years of service dealings I've never had such service especially for a simple oil change and lube. Yesterday we went to look to trade our truck so our 3rd purchase and as usual great customer service from Patrick, Robert and Scott. No haggling and trade in allowance was suitable. Anytime I have called with a question, everyone is very prompt. Financing went fast and Frank in service is always there for your service needs. I never write reviews but I had to this time. I literally could not have asked for a better car buying experience. I worked with Anthony. The things I appreciated most about Anthony are that he is honest and genuinely cares about the customer getting what they want not just about making himself or the dealership money. During the car buying process Anthony was a clear communicator. The deal we negotiated over the phone was exactly the deal that I got when I arrived with no surprises. He was so generous with his time and as I had questions about the car or the price, etc. he texted with me even after hours. When I bought the car Anthony was patient while I looked at it and took it on a drive. He even came in on his day off to accommodate my schedule. Even better, he spent lots of time with me walking me through how the features work, etc. While he did a great job with this, I managed to turn my car into emergency stop mode and found myself stranded in a parking lot 3 hours away from the dealership on a Sat night. I called Anthony who called his colleagues in the service department to try and help me fix my screw up. I don't know any person in sales or service who would do such a thing. Now that my car is sold you would think Anthony would be ready to move on to the next client. Nope! He has told me to call him at anytime with any questions or concerns. I plan to do just that. My only complaint? That Anthony doesn't work in Tucson. Seriously, I wish Anthony taught others in car sales and service how to do what he does because it would make the car buying and servicing process a better one. THANK YOU ANTHONY!!! read more

I cannot believe this company is so callous and uncaring that making a buck supersedes the health and well-being of their customers. The temperatures in Yuma can get up to 116 degrees in the summer. The inside of a car can reach over 120 degrees. Flightline sold my son a car in January knowing the A/C in the car did not work. My son did not discover this until May when the temperatures started rising. I understand my son should have checked the A/C, yes, but Flightline claims they go through all their used cars. Why did they not fix the A/C. I know, I know it cost money. It still is inexcusable to sell car in southern AZ without a working A/C unit. I gave them one star because the sales associate was pleasant. I will not buy from Flightline ever again and will be putting in on my Facebook page and letting everyone I know in all the organization where I am a member never to buy from Flightline. S. I bought a used car here. Price was high but I didn't want to buy out of town. I am old enough to know that I should have never trusted a used car dealer but I see stupid every morning in the mirror. Most everything was okay with the deal but I never got the remote key fob. They have been looking for it now for over a year. I was assured that "it's here someplace" so I did not get it in writng that it was to be provided. Not a big deal really except that to buy a new one and have it coded is over $400 at the Hyundai dealer. Another life lesson learned. read more

I recently called about my 2010 Mazda 3 because of the dashboard defect (melted dashboard) that my vehicle is experiencing; I've read countless reviews and articles about this defect, it's causing not only stickiness due to the melting dashboard, but also creates a terrible glare in the windshield that can result in a collision. When I spoke to one of the men in the maintenance department he said, "because your vehicle is no longer under warranty, there's nothing we can do, but we can assist you in purchasing a dash mat." I did mention there is a class action lawsuit going on and I would seek other options, which then the man said, "ok".
