The lady took my phone and tried to figure out if there was anything wrong with my phone as to why the remote connect was not working. I told her it needed a system update on my car - that's exactly what the customer service with remote connect told me. Later I get a call saying they think they know why it's not working and they need to do a 1hr diagnostic. To which I agreed thinking it was something other than the update that I originally asked for. When they call me to let me know it's done, I go in to get my car and they tell me it's a $200 bill. For what? The lady comes out and says it's for the labor for diagnostic. But then she said that it needed a system update and it cleared everything that was wrong. Well didn't I come in specifically for an update? Like what the hell are you talking about? So they made me pay for one hour of "labor" for them to essentially do what I told them needed to be done. A one hour diagnosis was completely unnecessary. 1) She didn't tell me there was going to be a charge and 2) why wouldn't you do the update first because that's what I went in for? And then if it didn't work run the diagnostic. Scammers.

I had my pitbull with me, and no one would rent me a car--or even let me inside--because of my dog. I had to tow my own car using a U-Haul just to make it to Yuma, and Hyundai (right next door) couldn't help either due to distance policies. Kara was the only person who stepped up. She worked with Hyundai while they called around trying to help me, and when nothing else worked, Kara went above and beyond anything I've ever experienced in customer service. I didn't even know how I was going to return the U-Haul and get back before she got off work--so Kara stayed late, came and picked me and my dog up herself from the U-Haul location. My phone was dying, it was getting dark, and I was terrified. She made sure I wasn't alone. She got me into a 2025 minivan (the only thing available) just to make sure I was safe and able to get home. She walked me through roadside assistance, checked on my safety, and genuinely cared that I made it back to Tucson okay. I cried. I hugged her. And I will never forget her kindness. Kara is a truly beautiful, compassionate human being. She treated me like a person--not a problem. She is an angel, and I don't say that lightly. I honestly don't know what I would have done without her that day. Thank you so much, Kara, for everything you did--for the things I can put into words and the things I can't. You are unforgettable and absolutely amazing.

The truck is nice but it's eight years old and probably $10000 - $15000 too much. He didn't even act like there was room for negotiation. The salesman said that the cheapest truck they had was a 2014 F-150 for $26000. I know they do sell vehicles but I have to wonder how they stay in business when you are a small used dealer that asks new retail prices for your inventory. As of time and date the economy and new and used car market is a buyers market and I am wondering what is going on with this place. Used car lots, tire shops (llanteras) restaurants and bars are good for certain types of activity and I have to wonder. The truck is nice but you would have to be a fool to pay $12000 - $15000 over market, I don't usually take the time to comment on anything. They have nice vehicles but I don't see how they stay in business. People are tired of being exploited and expected to have a $1000 a month car note on a used vehicle. This is an eight year old truck with damage and the last thing is that they don't have any prices on their vehicles, and not even on their website. A very questionable practice.

Dean the owner has not taken any responsibility for servicing this vehicle before selling it properly and professionally. When I received the vehicle I flew in from out of state to get it, 30 mins off the lot the check engine light went on, then the transmission fault message and once I got to Austin I had the vehicle inspected immediately by Austin Roverworks and the diagnostic report basically stated it needed at least $4000 worth of repairs to really bring it to what they sold price wise. I immediately sent the report to Mike the manager at their Sahara Pre-Owned in Phoenix and he told me he couldn't help because the 15 day warranty was not valid, they did not communicate properly during the sale and basically lied and would not help at all even though the car had only been driven 1500 miles from Phoenix to Austin and they knew my situation. Dean who owns the dealerships is a liar, his staff are liars and basically did not own up to offering any type of rebate or help with the repairs. I would highly recommend avoiding this dealership and not buying a vehicle from Rahimi or Sarah Pre-Owned at all. They posted my bank statements online, tried to make me look bad on my reviews and truly were despicable in how they treated me post sale.

During that visit, a new warning appeared immediately after the recall work was completed. The truck had no prior engine warnings during my four years of ownership. The diagnostic code that surfaced was P008B-00 (Low Pressure Fuel System Pressure Too High), which appeared only after the recall service and left me without my daily driver for several days. I initially worked with a service advisor, and while the situation was frustrating at the time, the turning point came when I spoke directly with Lisa, the Service Director, on the morning of 12/12/25 when I picked up my truck. Lisa went above and beyond to ensure she exceeded my expectations. She listened carefully, understood my perspective, and treated the issue with professionalism, urgency, and genuine care. Most importantly, she owned the experience from the customer's point of view, made things more than right, and ensured my truck was fully resolved and running perfectly. Leaders like Lisa are hard to find in the automotive service industry. She set the standard for what authentic customer service and accountability should look like. With her leadership in place, I am confident customers will be taken care of the right way. Thank you, Lisa, for restoring my confidence and closing this out the right way.

I originally saw a vehicle listed online and called to ask about it. Shortly after, it was removed from the website. I was told it needed some work but was still scheduled to come in and see it. When I arrived, I worked with Christina, who was kind, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. She had been communicating with me consistently and advocating for me as a customer. However, once I was ready to buy and tried to negotiate based on fair market pricing, management stepped in and actually raised the price instead of negotiating. At that point, another salesperson, Jairo, was brought in to take over the deal while I was still there ready to pay cash. I found it very unprofessional that he spoke negatively about Christina and suggested she didn't know what she was doing. Management then told her to step away even though she had handled the process from the beginning. I specifically asked that she receive commission because she earned it, but I have no idea if that ever happened. I asked to speak with the general manager, Manny Rodriguez, since he ultimately makes decisions. He declined to get involved and left it to the sales managers, Luis Valenzuela and Emilio Calderon. Their approach felt dismissive and rude, and the whole interaction became uncomfortable and hostile. After purchasing the vehicle, communication got worse. Calls for updates went unanswered by both sales and service, and I had to call multiple times a day just to get basic information. When I finally picked up the car, it was released with no gas and no clear communication about the delay or status. While gas itself isn't the issue, the lack of professionalism throughout the process made it feel intentional and petty. Christina was the only bright spot in this experience. Everyone else made what should have been an exciting purchase feel stressful, disorganized, and unpleasant. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this dealership.
