Deal done! 2012 Jeep Rubicon Unlimited.

These guys took care of me! I came in from another state to buy a vehicle. Communication was clear and accurate. They picked me up from the airport and deal was as agreed upon, no surprises. During the two day drive home I received text messages from them just checking in to make sure all was going well. They helped with all documentation for out of state registration. I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

I walked on the lot looking at a 2017 Sierra Denali with 99k miles on it. I asked how much and the…read moresales guy said "it's uh forty" I said what, he said "trucks are expensive" talking to me like I was a kid. The truck is nice but it's eight years old and probably $10000 - $15000 too much. He didn't even act like there was room for negotiation. The salesman said that the cheapest truck they had was a 2014 F-150 for $26000. I know they do sell vehicles but I have to wonder how they stay in business when you are a small used dealer that asks new retail prices for your inventory. As of time and date the economy and new and used car market is a buyers market and I am wondering what is going on with this place. Used car lots, tire shops (llanteras) restaurants and bars are good for certain types of activity and I have to wonder. The truck is nice but you would have to be a fool to pay $12000 - $15000 over market, I don't usually take the time to comment on anything. They have nice vehicles but I don't see how they stay in business. People are tired of being exploited and expected to have a $1000 a month car note on a used vehicle. This is an eight year old truck with damage and the last thing is that they don't have any prices on their vehicles, and not even on their website. A very questionable practice.

My story began on March 27, 22 when I fell victim to an unseen scam perpetrated by Alfredo Bran…read moreIbarra, the finance manager at the dealership. I gave him three thousand dollars as a down payment, but he only recorded that I gave him five hundred. My issue is that the dealership has forced me to wait until Ibarra's case is resolved, along with the other victims. Ibarra is scheduled to go on trial in October of this year. What will happen to the victims?
