My car is wobbling and feeling like the bolts are about to come off, they used the cheapest Duralast after market cv axle they could get , which I don't even believe they put a new part on my car. I went it with a problem and came out with an even worse problem. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. They told me there was nothing they could do as I was the one who requested the part. I asked if they detected anything else wrong with the car they said no that it was in fact the cv axle. I believe they did a hack job, and it had never even been fixed. Got the truck back 5 days later with a $2300 bill And found out he never personally touched the truck Himself. He hired some guy to do the job for him. when I got it home it was leaking 20 times worse then before and now my transmission is making a noise I've never heard before. He claims he's fixed the problem and it's my issue now. taking to a reputable shop now to find out what they did to my perfect truck! Would not suggest ever using him again! YAT said brake light sensor was malfunctioning and was replaced and I also opted in for a transmission flush. Did that. Transmission light came on again. Went to Autozone, diagnosed the same problem with the torque converter clutch along with same codes. Took truck back to YAT and they said I needed a new transmission control module that was faulty and they could order one that came preprogrammed in a week and had that installed. Within 12 hours transmission light came on again, went to Autozone and had code (0741) again. The brake light sensor and transmission flush bill with labor was $476. The transmission control module and labor was $395 which is being refunded. I still haven't had my transmission related issues resolved.

I have spoken to several mechanics and they have all said they're taking advantage of the warranty to get paid more than the value of the truck. I just contacted an attorney and hope they can get this unscrupulous company to fix my truck and return it to me.

I was having electrical problems with my Ram 2500 diesel truck. The batteries were draining down…read morefor some reason and after sitting for two days did not have enough charge to start the truck. I had just replaced the batteries less than three months ago. I was directed to Precision Automotive by Accurate Automotive because of the diesel engine. When I brought the truck in Chris listened to my detailed explanation of my problem and decided to first check the condition of both batteries. His employee tested both batteries and both tested at 100%. I then discussed the situation with Chis. He said he would need the truck for two days, and then gave me a detailed explanation of the process that needed to be gone through to find the problem. And told me if I was handy I could do it myself, at least down to finding the circuit causing the problem. Then it would require knowing which parts are on that circuit to find the problem. At this point I did not have the ability to leave the truck for two days and since we were heading back home to Idaho soon, I would have my mechanic there help find the problem. I then tried to pay for the work and information provided but Chris would not allow me to pay him. If your in the Yuma area and information provided the need of service or automotive repairs you should give Precision Automotive, Diesel & Transmission a try. This is a great automotive service and repair business.

In the past, I have been somewhat distrustful of automotive repair shops after being told I needed repairs that later proved to be unnecessary. That has not been my experience here. I have complete trust and confidence in Accurate Automotive and genuinely feel that they are honest about what my vehicle does--and does not--need.
