Additionally, I do not have a mortgage through this company and it has been nearly 7 years since I have been in contact with them. It immediately sounded fishy (I Googled the phone number from which the text came and it was from an out of state number and I could not find anybody by a matching name that was connected with this mortgage company and location) so I reached out to the the specific loan agent to give him a heads up and he quickly replied that it was not a scam and he actually requested the associate reach out to me. I'm thinking they may have just needed busy work for somebody to go back into files and find contact information of somebody you spoke with 7 years ago who never even had a loan with your office. Who does this? Highly unprofessional and kind of sketchy. Hopefully corporate will see this and address the situation.

That to me showed alot of her character and her skill to communicate correctly to assess the problem. Everyone I spoke too in her team were all so nice and answered every question I could come up with and got back to me in a timely manner regarding requested information. Even after closing on our home I am able to reach out and get a quick response and its made me feel so relieved to know I don't have to fight to get questions answered.
