My car is wobbling and feeling like the bolts are about to come off, they used the cheapest Duralast after market cv axle they could get , which I don't even believe they put a new part on my car. I went it with a problem and came out with an even worse problem. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. They told me there was nothing they could do as I was the one who requested the part. I asked if they detected anything else wrong with the car they said no that it was in fact the cv axle. I believe they did a hack job, and it had never even been fixed. When I first started having car trouble after moving to Yuma, I received two separate…read morerecommendations for Accurate Automotive--one from a stranger on Nextdoor and another from my friend and neighbor. I definitely understand why they came so highly recommended! Service Advisor Joe Lopez is absolutely wonderful. Not only is he attentive to his customers' needs, but he goes out of his way to follow up after repairs to make sure my car is running properly and that everything is working as it should. In the past, I have been somewhat distrustful of automotive repair shops after being told I needed repairs that later proved to be unnecessary. That has not been my experience here. I have complete trust and confidence in Accurate Automotive and genuinely feel that they are honest about what my vehicle does--and does not--need. Everyone I have come into contact with there has been friendly, professional, and helpful. I 100% recommend Accurate Automotive, and I am very grateful to have found a shop I can trust!

From the beginning I was impressed by Jesus, the Service Advisor and found him to be very helpful during the fairly long repair process. After the repair process, I returned the following week for an oil change and I do need to give feedback regarding the oil change price. For over 30 years, I have had my synthetic oil changes done at Jiffy Lube and the price was $80 for many years. I checked today and the price is still $80. I paid $167 for the oil change done at AZ Auto Clinic and felt that was far too high. Other than the oil change price, I am pleased with everything at AZ Auto Clinic and will continue to take my Nissans there for repairs.

BUT: *The rating for this place is not due to price though they were great about finding alternatives and cost saving options. The rating is due to the incredible customer service and honesty/ integrity of their staff(we worked with Juan). *We appreciated the time he took to check alternatives and costs, the mechanic's honesty to not try to sell us on repairs that were not needed and the zero pressure to make a decision immediately. * I would highly recommend this shop in this location... and I hope this place keepstheir high standards of customer service and integrity as the staff here demonstrated with our first encounter with them.

Later on, I put my car up for sale, as is, for $1,000 To a mechanic and it took him Les than an hour to fix. He went to buy some relay that goes next to the air intake and drove away To clean it up. Next day, he sold it for $2,000. What do facts tell about "Honest" mechanics??. I'll let figure it out. But, I won't ever go back to neither business for Mechanical services.

I was then given a price of $108.99 I then decided to purchase the oil change for $108.99 I was directed to pull into the service bay and the oil was drained from my car. When that was done, the individual who advised the price came to me and said "You know your jeep takes 7.5 quarts of oil?" I advised that I did not know that. I was then told that the price I was given was based on 5 quarts of oil and that the new price was now $170.00 due to my jeep needing 7.5 quarts. I advised that I would not pay $170.00 I was then offered an oil change with lesser grade of oil for $106.99 only to find out that this was the price for 5 quarts and the true price would be $139.45 with no oil in my car I had no choice but to purchase the 139.45 oil change.
