They kept my vehicle for two days and charged me for a diagnostic. However, the report they provided states there were no active, pending, or history transmission codes, the technician could not duplicate the concern, and no issues were detected while monitoring live transmission data during the road test. The only documented finding was that a small sample of transmission fluid appeared dark and burnt. From there, the technician wrote that they believed it could be an internal transmission issue and recommended replacing the entire transmission. What is missing from the report is just as important as what is included. There is no documentation that the transmission had failed, no confirmation of internal damage, no evidence of metal shavings or clutch material, no hydraulic pressure testing, no testing confirming a failed torque converter, and no objective evidence supporting such a major repair recommendation. I later discovered that Integrity Automotive & Diesel does not have the manufacturer-specific diagnostic equipment needed to fully diagnose an Infiniti transmission. Had they been honest about that from the beginning, I would have taken my vehicle to a shop that could properly diagnose it instead of paying for an opinion. To make matters worse, this opinion was reported to Carfax, creating a record based on a diagnosis that was never confirmed through testing. Integrity is built on honesty, transparency, and evidence. Based on my experience, I did not receive those things. I expected a diagnosis supported by facts--not assumptions. I cannot recommend this shop.

I have an older vehicle so I don't know if that predisposes me to predatory practices, but moments after I recieved a call that my vehicle was ready to be picked up, i got another call saying my battery (which had tested 'low' according to their free diagnostic and would cost me an additional $700+ for them to replace) was now dead and the car wouldn't start. No apology or explanation that the reason the car didn't start is because the technician had drained the battery by leaving the dome light on; I know this because it came on when they jump started it with me in the driver's seat. It was the kind of dome/map light that you have to click on intentionally. What is going on here? And why does a $260 12v prius starter battery cost over $700 to have installed at this place? Highway robbery and no remorse. I was able to install a new battery, purchased at an O'Reilly auto parts store near my house, in minutes. Never again!!!

Dishonest service at this location! Do not recommend! We've…read morebeen taking our truck to this location for a while for various services and just trusted they were providing honest work. They recently replaced the throttle body and the battery within the last year. Well recently the truck has been going into limp mode while driving, so we took the truck back to Jack Furrier to figure out the problem. After several days, they said the problem appeared to be the battery and replaced it again. But we picked the truck up and the next day during a very short drive, the truck went back into limp mode again. So we drop the truck back off at Jack Furrier for further service. After the truck was there for another week, they finally tell us they can't get the truck to go into limp mode on test drives, which makes no sense since it was going into limp mode on only short drives for us. So they tell us they can't figure it out/fix it and we will need to pick the truck up and take it to the dealer for them to fix. When we pick up the truck, it literally goes into limp mode right there in the Jack Furrier parking lot. We run in to tell them so they can diagnose it, but their mechanic is not there of course, so we take the truck to the dealer as instructed. Well, the dealer mechanic tells us it is the throttle body that Jack Furrier recently replaced that was causing the issue after all, and the part Jack Furrier had used was aftermarket and no good. The dealer replaced it with the proper part, and the limp mode issue was resolved. So I'm pretty sure Jack Furrier knew the issue was the faulty throttle body the whole time but didn't want to fess up to it and take a loss, and they lied about not being able to get the truck into limp mode and/or lied about even taking it on test drives at all since they already knew the real issue. Needless to say we will not be going back to this location and do not recommend their services to anyone.

Trail Boss completely overhauled the suspension, mounted new tires and turned the ride into something you would expect from a Rolls Royce. The difference is phenomenal and it feels like I'm riding on air. I could not be more satisfied with the work that's been done. It was a pretty pricey upgrade, but worth every penny. I reached out to AAMCO corporate board of directors & finally received a response form a Jacquline who played word games & explained why they won't back their work. For a Company that says it's Mantra is "We put the care back in car care." Its a disgusting lie. Then when they say "Every customer deserves a Warranty" it is straight up false advertising. The Ina Road store was the original rip off & none of the stores in the Phoenix metro area or corporate could care less. Took the Jeep in right away, didn't realize the inspection would be free which was a huge surprise to my husband & I. Clutch worked smoothly for 4 different drivers at AAMCO & also my husband, so we took it home. As soon as the clutch malfunctioned for me again, we called Jake & easily made arrangements to have it serviced. Jake & his crew went over & above excellent service & are very efficient & thoughtful. The work done was less than the quoted price so they are very honest which we sincerely appreciate. Highly reccomended this business!!
