Unfortunately the last loan they have been condescending, called all my references even ones from past loans when I'm one day late, there portal is problematic, if you use and make split payments it messes up your account status, they send emails and say you can respond, but than only when it benefits them. I would say because I have experience with Title Max as well. They much more helpful, kind, and there systems work Perfectly. I gave a 3 stars cause they're easy to qualify with, but as most things go, customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I just feel scolded and harassed if you have a problems paying. There interest rate is insane as well. So watch out! Beware.
