Somebody out there done gave me an "Oh no," referencing my rosy Review of this joint from back in…read morethe day, when they were way up further East on Craycroft @ Sunrise. Jeffery was my guy then. Well times have changed, but this joint's interior only slightly. Nowadays, you only go as far East as Campbell and bang, it's standing tall on a corner lot in the Escondido [sic?] strip shopping center. Out in these parts, that's considered upper eschelon, dides, cause it's smack dab in the middle of old school "foothills" region. It's in the "sittin' pretty" neighborhood where Sir Campbell looks down at "the Old Pueblo." So I went back in there a couple times 12/2022--2/2023 and my passenger agreed their hospitality remains "second to none." Not only did it feature full Keurig machinery to dose you up with premium tea & coffee packets, but they'll even sport you a SCHWAB mug on the go. My original review, spot on. It's true they don't local answer phones , but their 800 number may greet you like a dearly beloved conceirge. So if you REALLY want to speak with their latest Broker & Chief, just introduce your sheet to 800-435-4000, mkay, it'll happen. Full disclosure, I manage my own investments so at no point have I relied on it to think or market trading activities to me. My only exposure: government checks that require physical deposit. My only suggestions ref: "room for 'provement" would be: 1) Make my check deposits into PensionMaster accounts via mobile app, & 2) Open an office in Mayaguez or Rincon or hell, even Isabela,PR works. Peace out, my peeps.

I asked to go to a office and was taken to what appeared to be the lunch room and was told they would bring me a laptop and I could do it myself. I thought the guy was joking, but no he was serious. He said that is the way they do it. I left in disgust and went across the street to Fidelity and was treated like a king, the professionalism was night and day(CLASS ACT) In and out, I like Schwab on line but this office is loud, dirty and in my opinion unprofessional.

Unfortunately the word "Fiduciaries" (Meaningless Term used by every Financial Advisor in town who…read moreadvertises on the Radio as much as Mr. Junior at Trojan Wealth, does) which is loosely used at Trojan Wealth. After One Year of Having my money in an Annuity that gives 15% dividend of the investment up front and is supposed to pay 10% a year. I got my Statement after 1 Year and there WAS NO 10% Interest for the year. It was substantially less. I took the statement I got to another financial advisor and they told me the Annuity did not pay a 10% Dividend a year. When I called the Annuity Company with the other Financial advisor present, the representative at the Annuity Company told us that they did not PAY 10% dividend a year but gives 3% if the market is 3% or above. If the Market is below 3% it pays where ever the market is plus 1% goes to the Rider on the Policy and 1% goes to Trojan Wealth. Also One has to hold onto the Annuity for 10 Years or there are High penalties for early withdrawal. The only good thing about the Policy is I can withdraw 10% a year without a Penalty. Trojan Wealth came out with their own Fund on April 01, 2021, named: Spinnaker ETF Series - Trajan Wealth Income Opportunities ETF (TWIO). The money one Invests with Trojan Wealth that goes into a Stock Fund, is put in a Stock Fund that is with TD Ameritrade. TD Ameritrade Manages the Fund and trades the stocks in the Fund and NOT Trojan Wealth, although Trojan Wealth still takes 1+% of the money they have in your portfolio invested. As of April 1, 2021 one of the funds that a Trojan Wealth Client has their money go into is the Trojan Wealth Spinnaker ETF Fund. This is very convenient for the Trojan Wealth company. They make money off of the money that one has invested in the Portfolio that Trojan Wealth holds as well as making money off of the investor's money that they have put into their Spinnaker ETF Fund. "Fiduciaries", I Think Not. I pulled all of my money out of Trojan Wealth as in my opinion their practices were deceptive. I would not recommend their services to anyone. Contrary to Mr. Junior's Opinion, I not consider this an "Investor Friendly" Investment or in the "Best Interest" of the Client
