We called GM Concierge but they couldn't find an issue and sent us to Watson Chevrolet. Monica in service was fantastic, with no appointment we explained what was going on and she paged an EV tech to take a quick look. I was talking with a mechanic within 5 min and after they moved a few cars we were at their DC fast charger and the car charged fine, just bad luck with public stations. They even let us continue to charge, for free. While waiting, we checked their inventory and were surprised to find an even better Blazer EV than the one we were driving to Texas for. We asked Monica to connect us with a straightforward and easy to work with--no pressure at all salesman and that's when we met Rich expecting to be back in the waiting room in 10 min waiting for our car to finish charging. A few hours later, we drove off in our new car. Huge thanks to Monica and Rich for turning a stressful situation into a great experience. Highly recommend the Watson Chevrolet team.

I had made an appointment by phone to get a second opinion on my broken air conditioning -- but the person making the appointment didn't mention the cost (over $200 for the diagnostic) or that my car would need to be there more than 24 hours (even though I brought it in the morning). I was assigned to Mason, a "service consultant," who said he'd keep me updated on my car. The next day I called a little before noon and got his voicemail, so I left a message asking for an update. Almost two hours later, I left a second message. He finally called and said they were just getting started on checking out my car. I noted, with only mild annoyance, that it was taking longer than he'd told me the day before, and he angrily retorted: "You are welcome to come get your car now!" Whoa. I said I'd wait to hear from him. Two and a half hours later, he called and said my car would be ready in about another half hour. When I got there at 5:30 pm, he was gone for the day. The writeup on the diagnostic lacked any useful details. When I asked if there was any more information, the person checking me out couldn't find anything. The diagnosis on my AC was the same (blocked blend door actuator) as my local car repair shop had given me, but the repair estimate was THREE TIMES MORE. In fact, it was about a third of what my car is worth. Ridiculous. I'd rather endure a Tucson summer without AC than ever deal with Watson Chevrolet again. Fortunately, I can go to the shop near me, save about $2,000, and interact with friendly helpful people.

I presented my ARIZONA IDENTIFICATION CARD receipt showing my photo and ID card number, a certified copy of my birth certificate, receipt for an application for a replacement Social Security Card, a printout from the Social Security Administration showing my SSN, plus I had an Domicile Affidavit from the University of Arizona duly notarized, 5 letters from the Social Security Administration, several medical records, Department of Economic Security (DES) documents, an EBT card issued in my name, plus I have a photo of my current, unexpired California Drivers' License, yet the two digustingly obese women at the counter (both of them Hispanic, as is the business owner Gertie Salazar of Albuquerque, New Mexico who WORKS AT A SOCIAL SECURITY OFFICE IN Albuquerque!) told me that "we don't accept paper documents" so that I can cash my checks, instead, leaving me to SUFFER for another "7 to 15 days" until my ARIZONA PHOTO ID is received by me in mail, and then another several days after that until my SSN ***CARD*** is received in the mail ... and these reviewers (probably relatives, probably mostly or entirely Hispanic and TOLD to write a review for their cronies) have the idiotic nerve to write how nice and compassionate these two women and M(r)s. The payments went out of my account like clockwork twice a month. After never getting a response and still not being able to create an account, I called. Then, I was sent to tech to work it out. Then, I discovered accounts don't work on laptops and don't work well on T-Mobile. How shocked was I to discover that while I had paid over 900 on a 1000 loan, I still owed 1000 (give or take a few dollars)? The process was relatively easy, and I got the loan. But don't make the mistake I did. Let the loan be paid off through the automatic setup because the payment fees and interest add up daily. You will end up paying 3x more than you borrowed. In my case, after 4 and 1/2 months, I have paid twice the amount! It is a very convenient service if you intend to pay it off in a few days but way more than a credit card!
