I explained my side of the story and he listened 100%. Not only was I shocked that the manager had reached out in regards to a review to try and fix the concern, but he understood where I was coming from on a customer/client perspective. He verified that my account is set to do what I had envisioned going forward given overdrafts, and he explained the differences when a transaction would not qualify and an overdraft would have to be charged. Great communication, friendly and definitely a keeper for the OneAZ community given my interaction. Thank you, again!

We sat and waited for almost an hour as the only ones there. The banker came out and then went to speak with someone who had just walked in instead. I went over to ask the greeter/check in lady about how long it would be only to be completely ignored and walked away from. During this pleasant interaction I also noticed 3 bankers in the back instead of one. If you want to get treated like garbage then this is the bank for you. The bankers here get off on making people feel less than while they feed their egos behind their desk. This was the only time I ever stepped in this building and it will absolutely be the last.
