When we arrived, it was pretty packed, but Michaela called us over right away. She was extremely nice and helpful. After checking the date on the battery, she said it should be okay. She would have them check it all out before charging us for a new one. She did let us know it might be a two to two-and-a-half-hour wait, which was understandable with it being a Friday and how busy they were. We decided to walk to a restaurant and have lunch while we waited. About an hour and a half after we left, I was texted saying the car was ready for pickup and then also got a phone call. They checked the battery and alternator, which were fine, so they did not give us a new battery. We were also given advice to check out what else may be causing the issue my husband was having. The entire process was not too long, and everyone was very helpful. We have had a bad experience at the location in Fairfield and will gladly drive to this one from now on.

When I arrived, there was a short wait as the 2 ladies at the desk were helping other customers. They have nice displays of wheels throughout the store. If you happen to be waiting they have a snack/drink vending machine as well as free popcorn in the waiting area. Les Schwab will rotate your tires for free regardless if purchased the tires from them or not. They do charge $17.99 per wheel for spin balance ($71.96 total out the door for all 4 wheels). It was getting close to closing (6pm Monday-Friday) and I did not hear from anyone regarding my car, so I swung by around 5:45pm and was told my car was not done yet. About 5 minutes later I got a text saying my car was ready. They did complete my car by closing. They still had a lot of cars in the bays by the time I checked out and left and after closing time. They work hard to complete your car as promised at a great value. I would definitely recommend going here for any tire service as well as for brakes and alignment.

On top of being so kind and knowledgeable, Mikko provided us with outstanding customer service. Also, I really love that you get a video from the service technician to provide a visual explanation of their work and recommendations. This not only adds trust as a consumer but also provides valuable insight regarding your vehicle and the services provided. 10/10 - definitely recommend!!

Avoid this shop. My experience was completely unacceptable…read more I brought my vehicle to CME Smog & Auto Repair in Vacaville for a repair that required the removal and reinstallation of my front bumper, which is documented on my invoice. Before dropping it off, I had taken photos of its condition. There was already a thin scratch along the panel edge, but when I picked it up, I immediately noticed that the damage in that exact area had become significantly worse. The thin scratch had become a much larger gouge with more exposed material. I have before-and-after photos documenting the difference. I calmly brought my concerns to Dave, expecting him to inspect the vehicle and have a professional conversation. Instead, he got in my face, yelled at me, repeatedly denied any responsibility, and refused to acknowledge the obvious difference shown in my photos. I was shocked by how I was treated. No customer should be intimidated for asking legitimate questions about the condition of their own vehicle. I understand that mistakes can happen during repairs. What I cannot accept is the complete lack of professionalism and respect that followed. Rather than trying to resolve the issue, Dave chose to become confrontational and dismissive. along with one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I have before-and-after photos and my repair invoice documenting that the bumper was removed and reinstalled during the repair. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop. If you decide to bring your vehicle here, photograph every inch of your vehicle before handing over your keys.
