If there's not enough work during the day for all of you (I mean, I'm constantly seeing you guys standing outside smoking cigarettes and going back to dry clean peoples clothes? smelling like a cigarette...gross) but schedule someone in the evenings... Not doing a service to your community by closing so early, there's many people that would love to give you their business in the evening (I work during the day so evening are the only time I can do laundry). We forgot to separate some "hand wash only" clothes out before drop off and they thankfully spotted it and set them aside so they wouldn't get messed up! TLDR; Great drop off service! We had a ton of laundry to do and we're happy to find that they had the very large size washers and dryers. They use. The pay range app however you can also use quarters as well as they had a change machine on the wall. They also had a spot where you could purchase detergent, but we usually travel with our own. The large washers were $5.50, which is probably the most expensive that we've seen. The dryers however were $.50 per 12 minutes Which is a pretty good price. All in all all of the laundry cost us about $20 today. One frustration that we had is putting $.50 in for the washer for 12 minutes just to finish drying a blanket and it really only ran four minutes, not sure why so we did spend a little extra trying to get everything completely dry. Seems to be a busy place, there were people in and out the entire time we're there. There is a gender, neutral restroom outside the front door that was actually clean, which was a nice added bonus when you have to do laundry. It also has a new name, it looks like it is now called sister base suds although it's still located on maps as country walk laundromat.

The only complaint I have about the place is that one of the attendants likes to smoke which is fine but it seems like she does it out the back door or something and the whole place stinks of cigarette smoke when she does this. When I'm washing my clothes I don't want them coming out of there stinking of smoke. My advice would be to smoke with the door closed or smoke elsewhere so it doesn't come into the building. Other than that though I would pick this place over pretty much every other in the Big Rapids area.
