I called on Monday to see what time it would be ready the next day as I had other things to do in town and wanted to coordinate tasks into one trip. They told me it would be ready first thing Wednesday. I reminded them they promised me it would be on Tuesday. They said, "ok Tuesday then". My wife picked it up after work on Tuesday morning to save me the trip in to town. When I got the coat I realized the gloves were not with the coat. I called and they said they had the gloves and would set them aside until I picked them up. After looking at the coat I noticed there were still soiled spots. Most had been removed, but two were still very noticeable. I would think a cleaner would look at the garment before sticking it in a bag and calling it clean. I was able to remove the spots myself. The point is I shouldn't have had to. I thought the price they charged was very reasonable, but the quality was substandard. I will pay a little more next year and make a trip a few miles further to get a quality job at another dry cleaner.

I asked for no crease on the pants, and the person behind the counter made sure she checked them before handing them back to me. I also like that I got a text message mid-day on Wednesday reminding me that my items would be ready for pick up, although I would have liked to have had the price included in the text message.
