She told me to wait she'd go check the back, she's back there for a few minutes and I could hear bustling around and could hear her messing with a bag. She came up with a suit and my dress, told me she wouldn't charge tax, that it would just be a flat amount. I Lifted the bag to look at the suit because there were no tags that it was cleaned evident, upon lifting the bag realized nothing had been cleaned. There was still dog hair on the suit, and lint balls all over it, yet she was going to make me pay for a service that wasn't done! I took my money back and called her out on her lie, she told me not to come back. Really? Like I'd ever bring them business? I should have examined more thoroughly - when I got home to try to figure out what to do, I took the suit jacket and pants off the hanger and realized the pants weren't even the right pants, if in fact the suit was cleaned, the pants and jacket would be together, she clearly grabbed whatever pants looked like the same color. Now somebody's missing their pants for their suit, and I don't have the correct pants. Of course they're closed, I left a message, doubt I'll hear back from them. I prefer to support local businesses & this is what I get? Sad & discouraging!!

I called Spin Fresh to see if they had a washer and dryer that could accommodate a double sleeping bag and they said yes. Once I got there a staff person helped me pick the right size machine to use for the bag ( a 70 pound capacity) and which dryer setting I should use. I was in an out of there within the hour with a sleeping bag that smelled and looked brand new. The laundromat was sparkling clean throughout and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would heartily recommend them!

I called on Monday to see what time it would be ready the next day as I had other things to do in town and wanted to coordinate tasks into one trip. They told me it would be ready first thing Wednesday. I reminded them they promised me it would be on Tuesday. They said, "ok Tuesday then". My wife picked it up after work on Tuesday morning to save me the trip in to town. When I got the coat I realized the gloves were not with the coat. I called and they said they had the gloves and would set them aside until I picked them up. After looking at the coat I noticed there were still soiled spots. Most had been removed, but two were still very noticeable. I would think a cleaner would look at the garment before sticking it in a bag and calling it clean. I was able to remove the spots myself. The point is I shouldn't have had to. I thought the price they charged was very reasonable, but the quality was substandard. I will pay a little more next year and make a trip a few miles further to get a quality job at another dry cleaner.
