I don't usually use a laundromat as I am lucky enough to have a washer and dryer at home but recently my husband and I went camping down in New Orleans and our double sleeping bag got wet in a major rainstorm. I called Spin Fresh to see if they had a washer and dryer that could accommodate a double sleeping bag and they said yes. Once I got there a staff person helped me pick the right size machine to use for the bag ( a 70 pound capacity) and which dryer setting I should use. I was in an out of there within the hour with a sleeping bag that smelled and looked brand new. The laundromat was sparkling clean throughout and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I recently found this lovely laundromat on Linwood and Wisconsin Ave in Appleton. To my surprise it was the cleanest and friendliest laundromat I have ever gone to, Tastefully decorated you feel at home there. They will even do your laundry for you, which you don't find very often. read more

This place is AMAZING!!! Super clean and feel like my laundry is safe. The management is on point because the staff seems happy and knowledgeable. When I realized hard items were in my load they all rushed to aid me in stopping the machine so I could retrieve them and not harm the machine. I will be back. And you should be doing laundry here too. They also have TVs, comfortable clean couches, arm chairs, tables with chairs, a few game machines, atm, plenty of change machines, and snack/beverage machines. read more

Laundry day due to our hotel NOT having laundry.. that was wierd. Found this place on yelp and was two miles from our hotel ( grand stay). Place was busy and cheap. Saw that had specials on Saturday's and a few others. Glad we didn't come then! Only had one load to do. Seems nice in here. But there were a lot of machines that were out of order. So hence the 4 star. Most people kept to themselves here. All types of people here. Bathroom was clean. And the couch was nice to sit in while waiting. read more

Best laundromat in town! Dryers dry my clothes in the least amount of time! I use to live down the street from here but have moved to Menasha and have tried a couple closer to home but still it's worth the drive to get my clothes washed at Spin Fresh. They also have a punch card that you can redeem for a 20# wash or a spin on their prize wheel. It can get pretty crowded in their at times and you might have to wait for the larger washers. There's also a kids area to keep them busy while you're washing. They also have $1 off washes throughout the week. read more

I don't normally use a laundromat but my daughter spilled something on a king size duvet that soaked through the duvet cover. Dry Cleaners were going to take a week to wash/return it and charge over $40. I saw this place had good reviews so I tried it. The lady working there was hard working and SO NICE to all the customers!! (Whoever hired her got very, lucky with such a great employee.) She taught me how to use the machine, was professional but still very friendly. She told me how long it would take until the washer was done and so I could take the kids to wait outside. Traveling and snow storm has me stuck in town an extra day and I didn't want to be the smelly passenger on the flight home, wearing dirty clothes. Chose Spin Fresh because of previous reviews - place is ok, decent, but not nearly as clean or nice as described by others. Reasonably priced - $1.25 to wash small load. Clean and friendly. Good deals most of the week. Monday's are most expensive but you get free detergent that day.
