This is the worst customer service experience I've ever had in my entire life. I've worked customer service for over 15 years and I've never seen anything like this. This review is for the LARGE BLONDE WOMAN WITH GLASSES. SO.... I went in the laundry mat with my 2 year old daughter in my arms. I walked in and asked for quarters. She said "Are you doing laundry here?" I said "No i need them to do laundry at my place" She says i cant have any unless i do it there. So okay I get that. I explained to her that its Sunday and i cant find them anywhere else right now since banks are closed and the other laundry mat i went to was out of quarters. After explaining, i figured shed have a heart or something and just let me get my 10 bucks worth of quarters. Oh boy when i asked Why I couldnt get just 10 bucks of quarters she snapped off. She started yelling at me and my 2 year old daughter getting loud with us. Customers staring, and employees behind the desk staring at us. Making a huge scene when im sitting here trying to be as polite as i can since i have my daughter with me. She yells "IF YOU DONT LIKE IT YOU CAN GET THE FUCK OUT OR IM CALLING THE COPS!" Really? Call the cops? For what? Because i was trying to get quarters to do laundry for my family? You scream and swear at a customer that has a 2 year old in their arms because they asked for some quarters and threaten to call the cops on us? Call the cops on a 2 year old? This woman was acting as if i was trying to rob the place. She kept screaming at us until we just walked out the door. I simply said " I think you need to calm down and relax i just asked for some quarters and your making a massive deal out of this" She wasnt trying to hear it. She kept swearing and threatening us with cops until i walked out. Then as im loading my daughter up in the car.... there she is standing in the window staring at us with her mouth moving all over the place as if shes still cussing us out from inside the store while im not even in it. At that point i was fed up. I had my daughter with me so i couldnt say much since i dont swear around her . I gave her the finger as i got in my car. That place is absolutely ridiculous. Why would any one do business there when thats how employees treat you? Basically ran me and my 2 year old out of the place and caused a scene for absolutely no reason. I believe she's mentally unstable and not at all fit for that position. Whoever hired the LARGE BLONDE WOMAN WITH GLASSES needs to seriously re-think their decision. This woman is horrible and has no right swearing at and threatening me and my 2 year old. Then as im pulling out of the parking lot she wasnt done! She came out to yell " HAVE A BLESSED DAY" at me. As if she's being funny or something. Im sure she's so proud of the scene she created. Yeah you sure showed this dad with his 2 year old. Real classy. This woman needs to be fired immediately. She doesnt deserve any type of job where she has to interact with customers because she is clearly mentally ill and has real big issues with people asking simple questions. I didnt even argue. Just asked a simple question and got snapped on. Unreal man. If the woman that did this is reading this : You are a terrible woman. Please seek medical attention for your mental illness. No human being deserves to be treated the way you treated me in that place. You couldve nicely explained the answer to my question instead of blowing up and making a scene. Especially with me having my 2 year old. You're god awful disgusting attitude needs an adjustment. I hope you get fired and im about to do everything in my power to make that happen. read more

if you've ever wanted to go into a subpar laundromat and receive unsolicited rude comments about either yourself or any other customers of the establishment, this place is for you. the place holds some of the most entitled white women you will ever meet, who not only treat their customers poorly, but also never take their job seriously. my family and i have been going to this laundromat for ages, but we've entirely had enough. while the machines themselves are fine (although slightly overpriced) the employees themselves are horrid. just today i had to listen to the worst comments about someone who didn't speak when asking for the bathroom. this man hadn't said a word, and as soon as he went into the bathroom, both ladies behind the counter began to talk about him, one asking the question, "is he nonverbal?" the other lady answers, "no, he's just rude." as someone with high anxiety, that was the worst possible way to perceive a nonverbal individual. they had no idea who he was, but yet still talked terribly about him, LOUDLY no less, as if he wasn't there. this is not the only thing that happened today. the ladies were taking a break when we arrived, but we're talking incredibly loud about whatever it was they had planned. however, one woman was talking about an incident she had seen, and then proceeded to loudly say the r-slur (r*tard). i don't know if this woman is able to reclaim that word, but either way, it is not a nice thing to hear while trying to do your laundry. some other occurrences that have taken place are more insensitive comments made towards foreigners, which only proves these women's entitlement and close-mindedness. they are racist, insensitive, and overall ignorant. if i didn't have to come here for my laundry, i would never return. please do not come here if you can avoid it. read more
