I called Spin Fresh to see if they had a washer and dryer that could accommodate a double sleeping bag and they said yes. Once I got there a staff person helped me pick the right size machine to use for the bag ( a 70 pound capacity) and which dryer setting I should use. I was in an out of there within the hour with a sleeping bag that smelled and looked brand new. The laundromat was sparkling clean throughout and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Today is my second time here and this will not be my first choice again. I was very disappointed to find that most of the dryers are out of order. Out of the "out of service" dryers; there were only MAYBE 3 labeled as not working. I had to find out the working ones the hard way. After loading 2 different dryers, they happen to be one of the not working ones that were not labeled. On the third try, I put a quarter in an empty one before going through that hassle again. Well that third dryer took my "test" quarter and did not turn on. There's nasty brown water leaking from one of the washers, it's all over the floor, and people have no choice but to walk through it. One of the washers had the detergent door ripped off; it's just not good management. Who ever knows this place is just in it to collect money and not even bothering to repair what their customers go there to use. Like I said; I won't be back unless it's my last resort. Such a shame.

Spending a month in Wausau WI, I've used this place for the last three weeks. Unlike most laundromats, all of the washers and dryer's are pretty new and are not "Out of Order". The washers get your clothes very clean without damaging them, and the dryers are literally the best I have ever used. One dryer cycle for $1.50/30 minutes, will completely dry a triple load! - Highly recommend.

They have an attendant most of the time. The owner Steve is down to earth, friendly, and professional. He listens to his customers, and tries to always improve on his business. I would not allow myself to have contact directly with the staff at the laundromat, or public. I was able to pack our laundry, and put it into the back end of my trunk. Which the staff came out, and accommodated our calamitous laundry pile up. I recommend this place to all my healthcare co-workers, friends, or anyone I meet. This place surely doesn't disappoint. The only people I think disappoint me is the public who sometimes try to play games on the attendants to get free laundry. I will say this to the public.
