We gave the clerk a prescription for his blood draw that would allow him to donate every 4-weeks. We were told their location doesn't do those and he would need to make an appointment at a location across town. That was frustrating and it would have been nice to know ahead of time. I went ahead and began completing the questionnaire and the tech got me started. The staff offered me a drink and snack and made sure to keep checking on me while we waited for the blood donation to be complete. As always you get a thank you gift for donating. This time we took home a nice canvas tote bag and a stainless steel water bottle, both with the One Blood logo

DO NOT BOOK HERE IF YOU NEED A TRUE UPRIGHT MRI -- THEIR ADVERTISING IS MISLEADING…read more Precision Imaging markets an "Upright MRI" at this location. This is not accurate. What they have is a standard open MRI turned vertical on its side. But you still lay down in it to get an MRI. That is not an upright MRI. Full stop. I drove 2.5 hours each way to use an Upright MRI because of debilitating injuries that prevent me from lying flat -- which is the entire point of an upright MRI. My first trip was wasted because their call center sent me to the wrong location at the Gate Parkway office. Their staff apologized, and promised THIS location had a true upright MRI, and rebooked me. **See my review of their Gate Parkway location. I drove another 5 hour round-trip only to walk into the MRI room at this location, which they refer to as the Mandarin location, and immediately saw an open MRI machine turned on it's side. IT REQUIRED ME TO LAY DOWN. THIS IS NOT WHAT IS SUPPOSED TO HAPPEN IN AN UPRIGHT MRI. I lasted less than 10 minutes before the pain forced me to stop. Two full days. 460 miles. Zero usable images. And now I've burned MRI authorizations with my insurance company chasing a machine Precision Imaging doesn't actually have because of misleading advertising. If you're in pain and need a true upright MRI, don't book here. If you do so you'll waste your time, money, and your insurance benefits. Checkout Advanced Diagnostic Group, 4933 University Blvd W, Jacksonville, FL 32216, Phone, +1 904 733 7800. Look at their website. They show pictures of a true upright MRI. They are the real deal. That's my next stop.

L Gateway Plaza I have been donating (Since 2023 to present date). The staff's names have been listed JP, Aj, Trell, Kierra, Mr. Will, Samone'e, and Tekerra hazel, and a couple of more donor staffs that I have missed but willing to acknowledge them all have been a blessing to me and my lifestyle of helping to save lives. including the new staff that is beginning to learn the process has been working hard to get people in and out in a decent time frame the front counter to the back of the donor's floor making sure all donors are managing a healthy lifestyle to donate so we all can become some help. I want to also add the cleanliness of the facility the bathroom was cleaned and stocked that was my biggest complaint as well and thank you again bring back the music in the facility as we wait for the process to screened also with the water cups for the fountain drinks and please don't forget the crackers. Thank you and Please.

I feel like if they are on break they need to take it to the break room because that's how it seemed. I shouldn't have to wait 30 minutes for a line to build if I'm the only person or just a few people. it went from 4 people in line to 20 within 25 minutes and we haven't moved. They have just now told us they have to get bottles from the back and clearly they are making the bottles from scratch or didn't have their supplies. definitely recommend another donation facility if you have places to be and things to do.

Not only are yall advocating for WOMENS HEALTHCARE but y'all have provided a SAFE space when there was none for me and I'm beyond grateful for that. Appointments are typically in a group setting in terms of education and though it may not be the quickest it shows that you aren't alone any step of the way. Dr. Miller is beyond knowledgeable and has amazing bedside manner. Not only did he not rush you but he was happy to answer any questions. The techs and front desk lady were very sweet and helpful to each individual that walked in. The clinic is very cozy with words of encouragement, water, word games etc. There are magazines, pamphlets and even a few TVs. It actually wasn't freezing cold in the clinic. The people who leave negative reviews clearly don't know how the laws or medical protocol works.
