METRESS, is the complete antithesis of her cross-functional teammates , She is always polite, friendly and extremely compassionate. She always refers to each donor by their individual name and inquires about their creatures comforts. I looked up the time frames and when going through your own travel chart I am not disqualified. If I am reading everything correct it is a accumulation of 5 years if in Germany. (see below) If you have different criteria you should let the customer see it up front. I was there less than 2 1/2 between 1993 -1995. I forgot her name but she answered all my questions and then some. Gave me one of all the stickers she had for my girl, packed me an extra Coke, tucked a long sleeved tshirt into my bag and cheerfully said "I'll see you next month! You get a blanket in January." I'm a total sucker for a good blanket. Even better though, I'm a sucker for a good cause. Share your power, it won't cost you a single dime. We were told their location doesn't do those and he would need to make an appointment at a location across town. That was frustrating and it would have been nice to know ahead of time. She was able to find a vein in my arm very quickly and get a needle in with little more than an "ouch." The actual blood donation took about 10 minutes for me (basic whole blood donation), it took longer to do the computer work to sign me up. The whole experience was pleasant.
