The shop is bright, clean, and has a cute, welcoming interior with plenty of seating. I ordered the Matcha Strawberry drink and absolutely loved it. Some places use too much matcha, making the drink taste overly powdery or bitter, but this one had the perfect balance of matcha, strawberry, and milk. The flavors blended together beautifully without any one ingredient overpowering the others. It may have just become my new favorite place for matcha drinks! My daughter ordered the fruit tea with Jasmine Green Tea with lychee, and it was equally delicious, light, refreshing, and full of flavor. Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely be back. Highly recommend if you're looking for quality drinks and a cozy atmosphere!

They were giving out prizes by spinning a wheel with a Large drink purchase. My friend got a drink holder and I got a free drink coupon. At this time, the drinks were pretty decent. I was super excited and make sure to come before the coupon expired. When I came to redeem it, she still charged me for a drink and told me she gave me a free size drink upgrade. I ordered a medium and she gave me a large which was only a dollar off my order. The coupon stated for one free drink. She said I read the coupon wrong, when I asked to see it again she refused. I hate supporting small businesses, and they try to scam you of their own promotion. The coupon clearly said free drink. A purchase wasn't even required, which I did also buy an ice cream cone. Not only did I get charged for a drink. It was disgusting . Previously, I had only ordered the Yuzu drink. I had never had their Boba before. I think I ended up throwing the whole drink away. The brown sugar drink didn't even taste like real brown sugar, and the tapioca balls were so soggy. The ice cream was very bitter. I ordered a coffee ice cream. I tried to give them one last chance by ordering the Yuzu tea again. They switched up the yuzu Boba and it didn't even taste like anything. My nephew also thought this place was nasty. He's seven years old and he's very honest. The quality of the drinks have changed DRASTICALLY within a year. I don't even think I would want a free drink from here. I think I'll stick to the New York chain.

I really wanted to check them out after seeing their "Hot Pot Boba" online-- I thought the concept was so unique and cool. I got mine with milk tea (obviously), two scoops of vanilla ice cream, boba, red bean, mochi, and strawberries. The presentation was amazing--it comes in a gold hot pot with dry ice in the middle so it looks like it's steaming, and it's all layered over shaved ice. I shared it with five other people, so we didn't quite get enough to go around, but it's definitely plenty for 3 to 4 people. --- The milktea itself wasnt super delicious or special but overall it was pretty yum We also ordered the Brown Sugar Rice Cake, which was really good! :) I didn't interact much with the staff since ordering is done through tablets, but I did have one interaction when they forgot the brown sugar syrup for my rice cake. When I let them know, they apologized right away and brought me the syrup.

Though it can be a little cramped depending on number of people, Ding Tea makes for a good place to hangout now. It's just a bit difficult to walk through and see whether it's busy or not. As for the drinks, they're relatively good. They're consistent, and the drinks don't take very long to come out. I prefer the fruit teas or coffee drinks over the milk teas here, though if I were to choose where to go, I wouldn't normally pick Ding Tea.
