I've been drinking smoothies from smoothie king since I was a kid but I've never been to a location quite like this one. The service is confusingly bad and the inside is never open. So even if you make an order online you have to wait 20-30 minutes in the drive thru line of the worst parking lot in America to get your smoothie. I was a teen who worked at a restaurant as well in my past life but we never had people waiting like this. I truly don't understand because it's just smoothies. A little fruit, maybe some veggies, a protein or two. And no one in the building is apologetic. Never a "sorry for the long wait" or a "we appreciate your patience." I know I'm probably just old school but simple customer service should be taught even at the teen level. It's unfortunate being I know they would get more business if the service was better but it's been like this for the last year and a half. I've seen so many frustrated people park and try to get in just to realize there's a small sign on the door that says drive thru only. At least maybe the sign could be bigger. BIG fan of Smoothie King! This location isn't my favorite location, the CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT all that. Most of the time I use apple pay & go thru the drive thru, well lately INSTEAD of them:: greeting you & telling you the apple pay in the drive thru is down they'll let you order come to the window & THEN say oh our apple pay isnt working. A few weeks ago they must have run out of an ingredient that's used for the smoothie I like...when I tell yall I was pissed b/c my smoothie is normally pink & to be a red like color & the taste was off....they need to do better here at this location!! read more

The drive-thru is conveniently located next to smelly dumpsters, the employees all seem to be stoned and/or idiots. The last time I went to this location (also _the_ last time I will ever come to this location), I waited in the drive-thru line with 3 other cars for 20 minutes. When I finally reached the window, I was greeted by the wrong smoothie. When i let them know they had the order wrong, she gave me attitude and I got a brand new 5-10 minute wait at the window. Second: The dude at the counter didn't know how to say sorbet so I corrected him twice and he still said sor-bet and not sor-bay. Third: I had to argue with him about how my order was incorrect and how to adjust the ingredients to make it correctly. Ordered online for curbside service. After waiting for 10 mins, my fiancé suggested I call. Good thing, because they DIDN'T MAKE our smoothies AT ALL. It was April 2, 2021, at 17:30 we wanted to try and have some time together chatting inside. we ordered 3 awful smoothies we could not even finish them. we were not sure if we could stay inside. So we looked around and realized young workers didn't wear masks. one was a young black girl who did not even bother to wear a mask, and a young black boy did wear a mask but not properly. He put the mask on his chin and kept talking while he was making smoothies. they were tasted wired also feel uncomfortable to drink them. I do not think they handle the food right. they do not even wear gloves nor wiped the cup right. he wiped the overfilled drink with the other cup's bottom. we can not even call wiped but try to hide overfill with my cup's bottom to wipe of my friend's cup lid. it was so weird. When I saw that, he said I was going to wipe it then he wipes it right(?) Now the worst thing I ever experienced. we were trying to ignore all their no manners, and had a seat and talked, the black girl was shouting and cursing. actually kept cursing and used F words for a while. we were not happy and we just decided to walk away and we mentioned we never come back to this place ever. Only one employee among three, who looked Spanish young girl was quiet and kept working with properly wearing mask on. She was the only one who worked right. Let me start by saying, the customer service here is terrible. There's a young lady here who takes orders who always sounds unpleasant when taking orders. This is not the first time, but today I felt like writing a review. You would think that she had beef with you the way she takes your order. I placed my order at the drive thru and after saying what I wanted there was complete silence. Someone else had to come and take my order again because she wanted to have a silence contest. Honey, if you don't want to be at work, GO HOME, expeditiously. No one made you work here, you CHOSE to work here so act like you want to be there.
