Good Nutrition is a locally owned chain of health food discount store that sells mainly vitamins,…read moresome holistic items such as incense and limited selection of grocery items. I'm a fan of their approach which is to offer name brand vitamins such as Blue Bonnet, Doctor's Best, Carlson, Nature's Way, New Chapter, Solaray, etc. at a deep discount so that you can be sure you are getting the freshest batch. We know the longer vitamins sit on a shelf the less potent they become. Good Nutrition also has black out windows in their stores for the items sitting next to the window so the sun doesn't heat the bottles up....good thinking.... The store consist of herbs, tinctures, tablets, and teabags with products that help the entire body. Literature is prevalent throughout showcasing what works to keep our bodies healthy. Wanda was onsite during my visit and shared her journey to healing cancer through nutrition that spread through her body several years ago. She is also a certified healthcare professional and provided information on several conditions I had including allergies, asthma and hair growth. My favorite is the variety of Seamoss infused drinks available in reusable mason jars and prepared for shipping as well as in-store pick up. The cost is reasonable with occasional promotions to provide discounts. Fresh juices are also available in several flavors. The space is created to allow for reading, while sipping a cup of tea or a bowl of soup prepared at Wanda's restaurant next door. I was invited to view the restaurant space, which was beautifully decorated, and doubles as space for Wandaful's education events that focus on a wide array of health topics. Planning to return for daily lunch specials and seamoss infused smoothies offered at the restaurant. Parking is plentiful, which is an additional bonus. Truly impressed with the personal attention, knowledge and ability to explore all offerings of Wandaful. Must also thank my nephew, who is a personal trainer, for sharing his great experience with Wandaful Herbs and encouraging me to visit.

I'm very wary of buying "trendy" health fad products from social media, especially when it's being pushed with a promo code, so I love that I can come here and buy the same items without questioning the quality. They have plenty of herbs, vitamins, and supplements (including sea moss in nearly all forms) as well as some cool metaphysical items like crystals, tarot and oracle cards, and candles galore. The parking lot is small but I've always been able to find a spot (including Saturday and Sunday afternoons). I would 10000% recommend this store to anyone looking for natural remedies.

Atmospherically, the dusty fake plants take away from the concept of natural foods. Tremendously. Made me think it was more of a niche business than a business focused on health. The lady did not greet us ,smile, she just raised her eyebrows when it was our turn to order. I ordered a make your own, and noticed she put an orange powder in one of the smoothies. I don't recall seeing orange powder on any ingredients. I felt spicy in my mouth hours after the drink. What was in the powder? I'll never know. Overall I likely won't be back. In general I would say: play some nice gentle music that's positive like some reggae or instrumentals. Ditch the fake plants and opt for new ones that are real that you care for. Teach the employees how to greet and say hello how are you what can I help you with. Do monthly inventory to find and discount expired vitamins. Ditch the mystery powders. Good luck.

Would recommend you spend your money elsewhere, as I will be from now on.
