At this location I was immediately acknowledged and greeted upon entry by a young man. He had good eye contact, spoke clearly and with confidence, had my pickup order ready on-time, asked if there was anything else he could help me with, and politely wished me a good day and "we hope to see you again, soon!" To me, this reflects back not only on the young employee, but also of the manager's who trained him.
