At this location I was immediately acknowledged and greeted upon entry by a young man. He had good eye contact, spoke clearly and with confidence, had my pickup order ready on-time, asked if there was anything else he could help me with, and politely wished me a good day and "we hope to see you again, soon!" To me, this reflects back not only on the young employee, but also of the manager's who trained him. The so called manager claims they were super busy prior but when I arrived it was only one car in the drive thru and one person in the lobby that looked irritated as well from waiting too long. The "manager" was then ready to get an attitude with me that I expressed that it's the second time this has happened with nearly no customers in sight to explain the 25min past expected ready time delay.
