It's summertime, which for local businesses often means high school kids needing a summer job. My local Smoothie King is no exception. What sets this location apart, however, is the customer service, and for this, they get 5-stars plus. Anyone can follow a recipe, but a young person with good manners is increasingly hard to find. At this location I was immediately acknowledged and greeted upon entry by a young man. He had good eye contact, spoke clearly and with confidence, had my pickup order ready on-time, asked if there was anything else he could help me with, and politely wished me a good day and "we hope to see you again, soon!" To me, this reflects back not only on the young employee, but also of the manager's who trained him. I will always come back to this location because the of their delicious smoothies AND the consistently excellent customer service. Thank you for setting a high bar. read more

This is the worst Smoothie King in Gwinnett and probably Atlanta. The same 3 person crew failed to have either of my 2 smoothie orders ready in time. The first order was 3 smoothies ordered 20min in advance. Order wasn't ready when I arrived and in total it took over 30min to complete. Call me an idiot for going back for the terrible service, they were playing when I arrived, didn't greet me, didn't apologize for delaying my order and wasting my time, but I returned again as it's on the way to our baseball games. This time I ordered only 2 smoothies, which are identical, and the so called manager were there this time to assist and it takes even longer. I placed the order 30min in advanced to prevent getting irritated again but that didn't help. The so called manager claims they were super busy prior but when I arrived it was only one car in the drive thru and one person in the lobby that looked irritated as well from waiting too long. The "manager" was then ready to get an attitude with me that I expressed that it's the second time this has happened with nearly no customers in sight to explain the 25min past expected ready time delay. Long story short...don't go in if in a rush and don't attempt to hold them accountable if they aren't able to provide good service. read more

Never had an issue with them until I saw they were charging me double tax on my order on upsize Friday. Call it something else on the receipt but don't call it tax. Shame on me for never seeing this before but not getting anyone to tell me why is a shame on you cause I will never order another thing from there. read more

Went there around 11am yesterday and the girl who helped me in drive thru was very very sweet. Makes a difference!

Horrible service! 4 workers inside and I was the only one in drive thru and it took 5 minutes to answer on the speaker then another 20 minutes to get my order which was just 1 small smoothie. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! read more

I stopped by the Smoothie King on Loganville hwy on Wednesday morning. Not only was the store immaculate, but the team's service was truly outstanding. Hamide was on duty, completely went the extra mile. He didn't just rattle off options; he brought out the ingredient list, discussed my goals with me, and personally customized my smoothie to make sure it was dairy-free with exactly the right protein blend. He even offered a quick sample of a new all-fruit flavor while I waited. To top it off, he had my customized order blended perfectly and ready in just a few minutes. It is incredibly rare to find fast-food staff who are this knowledgeable and willing to put in extra effort for a customer. This level of hospitality guarantees I will be a loyal regular. Highly recommend this location to anyone in the Grayson area! read more

Young and disrespectful staff. Horrible customer service. Staff lounge on countertops scrolling through phones rather than be attentive to customers. Staff is rude. Do not recommend location. read more

Went to grab a quick smoothie and snack and at first the customer service was good. Two young ladies took care of me and were calm and polite. Then after placing my order a very loud young man came from the back. Had an arm tattoo sleeve and fro like hair. Started to kind of distract the young ladies by speaking overly loud about "bitches" and other topics that had to do with outside work. Then the young lady that made my toast made it wrong and I had to wait til she remade it. I wasn't mad at her tho it was really her coworker who was pacing, yelling, and distracting her with his terrible mouth. A cuss word was said every 5 seconds. Not to mention he sat on his phone in the middle of the floor all up in the way. But hopefully smoothie king will try and teach him some better customer service. Terrible experience. Hire more mature people. read more

I love Smoothie King! Not sure as to why this location has such a low score, but I've never experienced any issues here. This location is in Loganville. The staff here are super nice and make the best smoothies. The other locations nearby are rude and slow, but this one always gets it right. My smoothies taste so great. read more

Smoothie King Loganville make the best Hulk Smoothies, never go to the one on scenic highway

Great prompt service with a smile. Convenient location. My strawberry Gladiator was great. Will return!

Wow. I've never been to a Smoothie king that takes this long to order. Literally everyone is turning their cars off. You would think they are super busy, but there's only one car ahead. I think they really need a little help. You get to the front and even the manager is struggling to know what buttons to push on the system. I feel sorry for their people. They need help smoothie king! read more

Drive thru was only way to order! Line wrapped around the building! What a busy day! I left bc the line was not moving. How hard is it to blend shakes? 2-3 min per car? Not here!!! read more

Man. I lived in Grayson for 30 years and this smoothie king has gone down hill each and every year. There is poor management, the customer service is poor. They hire anyone they can find and then pay them nothing. This is truly sad what my community is turning into. Go to snellville or Loganville location. THIS LOCATION NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN read more

Trinity is the absolute definition of customer service!!!! She made my day with her knowledge and smile! read more

I have gone here three separate times. Each time I was disappointed with the customer service. The first two times they did not acknowledge me until they were done with the other orders and just socialized like I was not even there. Also, it took over 10 minutes to make my order. I could do it faster and cheaper at home with my Wal-Mart blender. This time I received a marketing email saying that my local Smoothie King was celebrating Mutt Day. We were offered a free 3oz frozen yogurt if we bring our dog. My kids were eager to go. When we got there they acted they had no clue, were rude about it and when shown the email simply dismissed it. In contrast, I have visited the Smoothie King in Loganville without any trouble. I will be going here in the future. read more

great employees they great you by name and they are happy to serve you store number 2735 Loganville Hwy loganville ga

Slow slow slow! Did I mention that they are sooooslow in no hurry to help you?! Not the best customer service either.... such a pitty!

I will be contacting a manager for a refund. My husband ordered a pineapple activator for me (with added spinach). The cashier insisted that the activator in pineapple does not exist (see attached picture of it on the menu). See the advertised pick vs what was Made. We paid $9, and yes the smoothie tastes just as gross as the picture you see here--$9 in the trash. read more

So I go to smoothie king a lot but now since the covid 19 thing has happened they're only taking cards. Which I understand but also there are people who only use cash a lot of people don't use cards. So today I went there like usual before work and he told me my card wasn't working I've had this issue before... which is another reason why I tend to try to only use cash. So I asked him just to run it again because I need to get a new card and it hadn't come in the mail yet he had already blended up my smoothie and he came back and said it wasn't working and I was like well I have cash and he's like well I can't help you. 1. disrespectful 2.how do you plan on making money when you don't take cash? So not only do I not have something to eat this morning but I'm also 15 minutes late to work because I had to sit there!! read more

Took over 30 minutes just for one smoothie bowl. And it wasn't even busy. Worst smoothie king!

I want to send huge Shout Out to Mgr. Sheila whom I spoke with per the reply from my last post asking that I contact them and I did. Ms. Sheila wanted to know what happened with my experience on last Fri/March 12th. She listened, she was empathic and she had a Resolution. Ms. Shelia you are a true example of Good Customer Service and I thank you for winning my family and I back over to patronize your location. Communication is everything and "1 bad apple won't spoil the whole bunch". Ms. Shelia I loved your smoothie suggestion for me....it was Delicious. I will be getting that combo again "Very Good" Take Care :) read more

They are really slow maybe it's the lack of staff I'm not sure. But it's a 5-10 min wait in the drive-thru and that's if your the only one in line. I love smoothies and the consistency and taste from this location has never let me down. When they add more staff to meet the establishments needs I will be happy to give this location a 5 star rating. read more

I absolutely agree with the reviews, this location has gone downhill. I now drive pass this location even though it's closer to my house to go to Scenic Highway. I'm not sure how everytime I would go to this location my smoothie (pineapple surf no turbinado) is a different color and a different consistency. Then you point it out to the workers and ask them to remake it and they had an attitude...paying $8-9 for a smoothie, not even a real meal you want it right. I've talked to the manager several times and she will remake my smoothie when she's there, but who has time to wait and go through all this. I completely gave up on this location and the last time I was there, the employee took the messed up smoothie poured it back in the blender and added more pineapples because the first one was wrong, I was done, done. read more

Door says open until 9pm. Arrived 8:30pm door locked. This is a Tuesday evening. Can't do business if your hours are wrong! Disappointing

Service is slow. The individual taking my order asked me twice what I wanted and after paying someone else cane asked another three times what I wanted. Mind you I only wanted a 32oz Chocolate Gladiator with peanut butter and almond butter. I only speak English so it wasn't an accent issue, just incompetence. read more

I was on the drive thru and a young gentleman with blond curly hair and a African america young girl were taking forever with a customer but then they I noticed that the reason why they are taking so long it's cause they seemed to be trading services? The person in the white maxima gave them a box of food and in exchange they were getting smoothies. Wasted 15min of my life I hope they get better help here. read more

The absolute worst ever. The workers are slow as molasses. Enjoy wasting your time. They used to be good back in the day and now there must be new management or they just can't find GOOD workers. read more

I love this location! Sucks that people normally review when they're complaining. The smoothies are always blended well and they're willing to rectify any inconsistencies, if any. My fave is the lemon ginger spinach. It takes a little more time to blend this smoothie - but it's a fresh product so I anticipate a wait (just like at a restaurant). read more

I don't know who they got running there store! But I went to to the drive through with my wife and kids and I was treated like crap the lady did not listen and she was rushing me and didn't even let me finish my order I quote "Is that all, $20 at the window" while I was still talking. Treat your customer with some respect you never know what there going through! Never going to this smoothie king again horrible customer service. read more

Poor customer service. Clearly these kids don't know anything about what they're selling. I asked basic questions and every time the cashier needed to run to the back to ask someone else. They don't tell you about specials either. After paying and collecting my shake, I saw a sign with the $5 special for the same exact thing I bought, over the trash can. Then when I asked them about it, they just give a blank stare. read more

The young girl "Ariana" I believe that's how you spell it is extremely RUDE !! Disgusting horrible customer service. I come here everyday and she constantly has a stink attitude EVERY SINGLE TIME!! She's too young to be that miserable and have that much anger in her. She can't make smoothies. It never taste like the ones I get when she's not there. Isn't it one recipe for EVERYONE to follow? Why is it so difficult? Why have someone working for your company with such a bad attitude toward people who constantly support your business? I've spent over her paycheck in this place and I just continue to get an attitude every time I come in. It's a disgrace! I will no longer be supporting this business that has employees who can't have basic customer service skills! It's just a smoothie!!!! Sheesh!!! Simple ! read more

This place is good I don't know about that 2 star review but it seemed like he was the problem not the workers

Placed an order for pickup via app. Arrived 7 mins later than the time advised it would be ready to ensure it would be ready. I walked Into location and none of the 3 employees (2 male, 1 female) even looked up to greet me. I stood patiently at the counter for 4 minutes with no regard from staff. Horrible feeling to not be acknowledged. If I hadn't have already paid online I would have left. There was only 1 other person in lobby. I decided to try my luck in line at drive through which it took 10 mins for me to make it to the the window. Not the service I receive at any other location. I will not be back to this one. At the very least, greet those trying to patronize you. And, when receiving my smoothie, I had to actually ask for a napkin (something else I usually don't need to do). read more

Great service, just my angel food did not taste like angel food and they also didn't scan my rewards! Like I asked.

My family loves smoothies so much that we are willing to endure the ridiculous wait times at this location.
