Went to grab a quick smoothie and snack and at first the customer service was good. Two young ladies took care of me and were calm and polite. Then after placing my order a very loud young man came from the back. Had an arm tattoo sleeve and fro like hair. Started to kind of distract the young ladies by speaking overly loud about "bitches" and other topics that had to do with outside work. Then the young lady that made my toast made it wrong and I had to wait til she remade it. I wasn't mad at her tho it was really her coworker who was pacing, yelling, and distracting her with his terrible mouth. A cuss word was said every 5 seconds. Not to mention he sat on his phone in the middle of the floor all up in the way. But hopefully smoothie king will try and teach him some better customer service. Terrible experience. I love Smoothie King! Not sure as to why this location has such a low score, but I've never experienced any issues here. This location is in Loganville. Wow. I've never been to a Smoothie king that takes this long to order. Literally everyone is turning their cars off. You would think they are super busy, but there's only one car ahead. I have gone here three separate times. Each time I was disappointed with the customer service. The first two times they did not acknowledge me until they were done with the other orders and just socialized like I was not even there. Also, it took over 10 minutes to make my order. I could do it faster and cheaper at home with my Wal-Mart blender. This time I received a marketing email saying that my local Smoothie King was celebrating Mutt Day. We were offered a free 3oz frozen yogurt if we bring our dog. My kids were eager to go. When we got there they acted they had no clue, were rude about it and when shown the email simply dismissed it. So I go to smoothie king a lot but now since the covid 19 thing has happened they're only taking cards. Which I understand but also there are people who only use cash a lot of people don't use cards. So today I went there like usual before work and he told me my card wasn't working I've had this issue before... which is another reason why I tend to try to only use cash. I absolutely agree with the reviews, this location has gone downhill. I now drive pass this location even though it's closer to my house to go to Scenic Highway. I'm not sure how everytime I would go to this location my smoothie (pineapple surf no turbinado) is a different color and a different consistency. Then you point it out to the workers and ask them to remake it and they had an attitude...paying $8-9 for a smoothie, not even a real meal you want it right. I've talked to the manager several times and she will remake my smoothie when she's there, but who has time to wait and go through all this. I completely gave up on this location and the last time I was there, the employee took the messed up smoothie poured it back in the blender and added more pineapples because the first one was wrong, I was done, done. read more

They are really slow maybe it's the lack of staff I'm not sure. But it's a 5-10 min wait in the drive-thru and that's if your the only one in line. I love smoothies and the consistency and taste from this location has never let me down. I love this location! Sucks that people normally review when they're complaining. The smoothies are always blended well and they're willing to rectify any inconsistencies, if any. My fave is the lemon ginger spinach. It takes a little more time to blend this smoothie - but it's a fresh product so I anticipate a wait (just like at a restaurant). read more

Placed an order for pickup via app. Arrived 7 mins later than the time advised it would be ready to ensure it would be ready. I walked Into location and none of the 3 employees (2 male, 1 female) even looked up to greet me. I stood patiently at the counter for 4 minutes with no regard from staff. Horrible feeling to not be acknowledged. If I hadn't have already paid online I would have left. There was only 1 other person in lobby. I decided to try my luck in line at drive through which it took 10 mins for me to make it to the the window. Not the service I receive at any other location. I will not be back to this one. At the very least, greet those trying to patronize you. And, when receiving my smoothie, I had to actually ask for a napkin (something else I usually don't need to do). read more

Thankfully my family are creatures of habit and order the exact same thing because the employees at this location are unable provide nutritional guidance. I had a very unpleasant experience here last Monday. I went through the drive through and placed an order for 3 smoothies. (The two mediums were for some co workers and the small was for me, I ordered a small because I didn't want to waste a medium) 2 mediums ($5 mediums on Mondays) and 1 small light and fluffy. When I got to the window I told the man that I was paying for them all with separate cards because they were for others. He told me the next time just let them know when placing the order. No problem. So the first medium I paid with one of my coworkers card her total $5 and some change, second smoothie I paid with the other co workers card, her total $5 and some change.... My smoothie I paid with my card and told him I had a keychain gym membership that offers a small discount on the smoothie at this location only.... He told me that I couldn't combine the discounts.... Okay... But I paid all three separate with separate cards. I wasn't cobining anything. Then he tells me I didn't have three people in my car (which personally was none of his business). I had no words. I looked at him and said are you kidding me? So my co workers got a larger smoothie for $5 and my small smoothie was $7 because he would not accept my discount card which I have used many times here on my personal order because I didn't have my co workers with me in my car. I will not be going back to this smoothie king. I only gave 2 stars because the smoothies were good but the customer service is not even worth 1 star. There's a smoothie king in Snellville that makes just as good of smoothies and a much friendlier staff. I will be taking my buisness there, even though I won't receive my discount, it will be worth not being treated the way I was. read more
