I was very disappointed visiting Bruster's this time. I was served by Aiden & my order was completely wrong! I wasn't sure he was fully awake at first but he did repeat my order. So I thought we were off to a good start. First I ordered a 2 cups of ice cream mixed with 1 scoop cherry vanilla and 1 scoop butter pecan for both. I also ordered a chocolate & vanilla ores sundae. I had to repeat my sundae order a few times because he forgot that I wanted a scoop of chocolate. I asked for a cover for the ice creams, that took him a moment to find, then he couldn't find a bag. I'm still very patience because I figured he must be new.. I paid by credit card and asked for a receipt. Here's the funny part: after he charged my cc he just stared at me. I had to ask for my receipt again. He replied "It didn't print". What is wrong with him? Finally he asked for help and got my receipt. Sadly when I arrived home, I realized that he messed up my order and gave me 2 cups of cherry ice cream instead of what I ordered. I was so disappointed that I came on here to leave a review. Ordered one scoop in a cup...no signage for the cost of one scoop. The one scoop was $3.55 with tax. The price of two scoops without tax is $3.65. I just think it would have been good customer service to say, it is only 30 cents more for another scoop. The male employee was rude and condescending. I just do not want to pay the extremely high price and have to deal with rude employees. And besides all that, Publix Premium Mint Chocolate chip is way better. read more

I went to Brusters on Monday, July 3rd and had the worst service I've ever received. I stood in line for about 10 minutes behind a lady who was waiting on her order. A young man with a Justin Bieber like haircut comes to the window, gives the lady her order and rudely said " this is not a line, go to another window." He abruptly closes the window and I walked away to go to another window. I walked around to the other side and another customer on that side said to me "you can go ahead of me because I noticed you were already waiting when I walked up and there was no reason for the boy to be rude to you." I told the lady thank you just as the same rude young man comes up and says " Next person in line" As I walked up to the counter, the young man rudely asked me " What did you say about me?" I said, I didn't say anything about you. The young man paused, turned his head away from me, closed his eyes, took a deep breath, sighed, look at me again with a scowl on his face and asked" what do you need?" I was caught off guard by his negative demeanor and what appeared to be frustration so I told him that I'd let someone else assist me. His response was " Well get out of my line and go stand over there somewhere as he pointed in another direction. As I started to step away to go to another line , Another customer asked the young man what was his problem. I don't know what his response was or if he responded at all. I stood in the other line for about a minute when I decided that I would not spend anymore of my time or money at an establishment with such poor service. I didn't bother to ask for a manager, I simply left and will never return. Hopefully the young man gets some customer service training and becomes a kind human. read more

I have gone here on 2 occasions where the teenage staff has handed me a ice cream cone with no napkin around it.
