Their customer service is less than negative. I injured my back years ago and have had flare ups and challenges with it on and off for many years. I bought myself a class package for Christmas in the hopes that this year I would be able to use it as my back got better. The Power of positive thinking. I haven't been able to use it thus far but still had hope. Due to extenuating circumstances I unexpectedly have to move back to the east coast next week. I emailed One yoga letting them know that I have to move & I asked if they would refund me the package I bought. They coldly replied no. I worked in a Bikram yoga studio for five years. I'm aware of policy & procedure & extenuating circumstances that might need those to bend. Not with this studio! It's a great place to practice - as long as you never have circumstances that could affect their bottom line! Make your class package purchase at your own No misunderstanding. I posted my review based on the response I receive from an unidentified One Yoga staff member. I then got another email from One Yoga( still no name) who said they would look into it after I gave some information explaining my extenuating circumstances. A few hours later I received another email from One Yoga saying how surprised and upset they were to see my review. They said my request for a refund was an extenuating circumstance for One Yogatooand the emailed continued in that same tone. I replied to the general email letting One Yoga know my review was based on their response and I would be happy to change it if my experience changed. I never heard back from anyone. I have no idea who was sending me emails from One Yoga and never received a refund or any further communications. So Karen, there is no misunderstanding. My experience with One Yoga is that of poor customer service and it's all about the money they can make off of people. *****After all the haste, emails & yelp review One Yoga finally provided a refund! I've practiced yoga at quite a few great studios but none of them have felt like ONE Yoga. As soon as I enter through the doors I immediately feel welcome. The teachers are understanding as well as inspiring. The studio is gorgeous and serene. The three different studio spaces have large windows providing a view to the beautiful courtyard behind the studio. The locker rooms are kept very clean, have plenty of space, and have great showers. Shampoo, conditioner, lotion, hair dryers, straightening irons, and hair ties are all provided for you! There are several spaces outside of the practice rooms to sit and visit with friends and teachers. In addition to the regular yoga classes, ONE Yoga offers many extra workshops on a variety of topics such as mediation, self defense, mythology, ayurveda, and more. This is an excellent place to practice yoga, relax, laugh, learn, and meditate. read more

One Yoga is a authentic! The teachers are passionate about what they teach. Each class is carefully crafted by the instructor - and is unique. It's not "cookie cutter" at all. Also - it's not "just another workout". While there is certainly a strong physical component to the class, it is more than just physical...it definitely combines mind, spirit, and body. This is a beautiful studio. Staff and teachers are very friendly, it is not a snobby place at all, I love the energy and ambiance, always super clean, it's like a luxurious yoga spa. I only take one class a week, as that is all I can afford with their packages. I don't live close by, about 25 minutes in non-rush hr traffic, so can't do a membership. I can't be driving multiple times per week. The only change I would recommend is offering better package specials for people commuting long distances , where a membership is not workable. I used to get special packages for about $10-$12 per class, now the cheapest package special I have been able to get is $14 per class. That adds up fast. read more

Ahhhh ONE YOGA. After being a nomadic yogi for years, I was so blessed to have made ONE my home base. There is a palatable clam in the space, the design of the studio is intentional and thoughtful, beyond beautiful. The large windows extend the three yoga rooms visually into the nature of the quiet park with mature trees. As seasons pass, students can witness the changes in the massive oak outside as they simultaneously draw inwardly to notice the changes within themselves. Inside each of the three unique rooms, the teachers have the ability to set the temperature, humidity, music and lighting to suit the needs of the class. Wide offerings from Breath Yoga, to Restorative, to Hatha and Heated Power Yoga make a menu to fit any need. I have found tremendous growth in my practice under the skilled tutelage of tremendously gifted and experienced teachers. Five Stars. read more
