My 8 and 5 year old never wanted to leave and we attended every single interaction available. The capybara interaction exactly wasn't worth 25 per person but honestly we were happy to contribute to this incredible place. My son is almost 9 and it sparked his curiosity for wild animals like he was 4 all over again. Michael was absolutely incredible and felt like we had a private guide from nat geo to teach us everything. So grateful and can't wait to return. Just be prepared for your kids want to stay forever!!

    premium capybara experience

I was honestly stunned at how interactive, fun, and large this aquarium was. Unfortunately the stingrays were closed but there was still tons to do! We decided on the expedition bracelets and I cannot recommend enough how worth the money it was. Theres constantly animals being pulled out of enclosures to be pet, or to learn about up close. The staff are knowledgeable, kind, and clearly love their jobs (especially Michael). But Each and every one we came across. We opted for 2 of the premium experiences (wallabys and capybara), which was an absolute joy. I would also recommend those, but was surprised at how close you could get on just normal interactions. Most of these animals are rescues which is a huge plus for us as well. One world is a hidden gem and I could not recommend them enough!

Nice staff. The exhibits were small, but the animals look cared after. We purchased the additional otter and capybara experience and it was a huge waste of $. It's less than 2 minutes with the animal, and you're doing the feeding from outside the cages. You're better off just getting the green wrist band for $20. If I was to do it over I would just do the $20 to get in and the $20 green bracelet experience.

Great experience to learn about some common and more exotic animals! It's great for all ages, kids and adults. You can really tell that the staff is very passionate about animals and they genuinely try their best to decrease stress. They really take the time to make sure the animals aren't overstimulated and carefully make sure all interactions are careful. I like that they have limited interactions for each animal per day because that means they really do prioritize the animals' welfare over increasing interactions. It's definitely a misconception to think these animals have poor quality lives because their spaces are "small" but these animals have far more enrichment and arguably even less stress than a lot of pets. Every staff member has been friendly and informative! We've had the pleasure of working with Tiffany to book both visits and helped us the first time! Jared this time was amazing when he checked us in, super nice and accommodating. Then Janelle, Michael, and Carina were so friendly and passionate with our interactions. Overall a great place to learn about animals!

The front desk has no signage saying people should fill out their waivers before approaching the front desk.

I've been to this place before when it was Seaquest, but I hadn't been back to it since the name had changed to One World. It was Labor Day so my family, 4 adults, 2 children, decided to try it out with my new son who was 2 years old. Once we got to the front of the line and were ready to pay, they asked if we filled out the waivers for the adults, and we said "no", so they asked us to step aside and fill them out, so we did. The next family did not fill out their waivers either, but were not asked to step aside, and we got our waivers done, but that family would not move out of the way so we could complete our transaction. They had only 1 person working the front desk on a holiday, and by this time there was a line, and people accusing others of cutting, and we had to tell them, we were here earlier and just had to fill out a waiver, but other families said they already had waivers filled out from yesterday, etc. We almost left the place. Once it was time to pay, we realize my daughter who is 12 is charged as an adult and my son who is 2 is also charged as a child, there is no local discount at this place so it came out to over $100 for everyone. Once you get in the smell is overwhelming and the air is humid and musty. At least when it was Seaquest, we were able to go into the cage and feed the parakeets, but now you need to purchase an extra wrist band on top of the expensive entry fee to feed or touch any birds. We couldn't even touch the cats at the entrance. This place was very disappointing and we will not be coming back.

This exhibit is much larger than I ever thought, and we spent a couple hours exploring. We were iffy visiting with the previous facility's history, however this puts the previous place to shame. All of the animals are so well taken care of, and the staff clearly cares for all of the animals deeply. We had paid to feed miss Coconut, the baby capybara. We had two rounds each of feeding Coconut some greens, and then got to give her some scratches as well. The staff were very informative and were super helpful! I'm very torn on this place…read more.. t's great that Vegas has an aquarium where kids can have hands-on semi educational interactions with real sea life and other exotic animals. The size of this place is deceiving, when we first walked in, I thought we would be in and out within 30-minutes. We were actually here for over two hours and every corridor we walked into offered a new smattering of lizards, bunnies, snakes, otters, huge fish, and even a massive saltwater tank filled with small sharks and stingrays. I realize a lot of the animals here are rescues, but I truly felt sorry for all of the mammals here... do they ever see the sun? Are they allowed to go outside and get fresh air? Or do they just stay inside basking in the fluorescent lights? I feel like if they had that information posted it wouldn't be as a bummer seeing capybara's, wallabies, and tons of birds, in small cages; inside of a mall. If you're local and you haven't been here yet, it's definitely worth at least one trip.

We enjoyed seeing the sawfish, sharks, pirañas, turtles, jellyfish, & many types of fish there. We also got to touch the rays in the pool, & from the glass tunnel, we watched the aquatic creatures swim above & around us. At the end of the exhibit (included in the price) is a short theatre experience where you wear a VR headset and immerse yourself in a journey under the sea. A fun little extra we both enjoyed. NOTE 1: There were lots of little children so it got a little noisy by times, but it was still very relaxing if you don't rush. NOTE 2: This is a tiny aquarium compared to the Monterey Bay Aquarium or the Aquarium of The Pacific. However, the price of this aquarium is almost the same price, if not more. This place is a huge indoor playground with three floors of hands-on exhibits that kept them moving the whole time. They loved Toddler Town on the first floor the desert themed soft play, sensory elements, and crawl spaces were just right for their age. But the real highlight was The Summit, the giant 70-foot climbing structure that spans all three floors with 12 levels. I was surprised how well our 2 and 3 year olds handled it! They climbed the levels with no problem, exploring different challenges and interactive spots at their own pace. It was great to see their confidence grow as they went up and down. They also enjoyed the water play area (smocks provided still recommend a change of clothes) and some of the imaginative play zones. We spent about 2.5-3 hours there, and it felt like the perfect energy-burner in air-conditioned comfort a lifesaver in Las Vegas! The museum is clean, the staff is friendly, and it's very stroller-friendly. Admission is $15 for Nevada locals with valid ID and $20 for non-locals (kids under 1 are free). We went on a weekday and it wasn't too crowded, which made chasing the boys around much easier. Helpful tip for families on a budget: If you have a valid EBT, SNAP, or WIC card, you can get admission for just $5 per person (up to 4 tickets per adult cardholder cards must be shown at entry for verification; in-person only). If you have active little ones who love to climb and explore, this is a fantastic spot. Highly recommend -- we'll definitely be back!

I was honestly exhausted after going through the jungle gym, but there are so many hands-on learning experiences and activities that keep kids engaged the whole time. Highly recommend for families. We'll definitely be back the next time she comes to visit.

Our kids loved all the interactive exhibits, especially the fossil dig, the moving sand table, and the hands-on play areas. There was plenty to keep them engaged, and they also enjoyed seeing the dinosaurs, marine life, and live animals throughout the museum. Admission: Around $15 for adults and $7 for children (ages 3-11). Kids 2 and under are free, making it an affordable family outing. Parking: Free parking is available, which was a huge plus. Tips: * Plan for about 2-3 hours to see everything. * The hands-on exhibits are the highlight, so allow extra time for those. * Great indoor activity, especially during the hot Las Vegas summer. The museum isn't huge, which is why I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5, but it's clean, well maintained, and offers a fun, educational experience for young children. We'd definitely recommend it to families visiting Las Vegas!
