I got the expedition admission with two animal experiences: porcupine and wallaby. The expedition admission gives you an animal encounter every 15 mins which was nice. We got to pet and hear about a wide range of animals while we were there and waiting for our paid experiences. The paid experiences were a little underwhelming. For the wallabies, we were put in a small pen with another family and it was so tight that they couldn't close the door comfortably. The other family had 3 small kids who were unruly and jumping all over. They should have split the families up so it wasn't overcrowded. The wallaby experience was just being inside the cage and getting to pet the wallaby twice which I DO NOT think is worth $25 a person. The workers had handfuls of lettuce with them so I thought we would be able to feed them, but they said no when I asked. Getting to touch a wallaby with 2 finger pets twice was not worth the charge for the experience. The porcupine encounter was a little better where we got to feed the porcupine but not pet it. When the worker came with a giant bowl of food, I assumed we were going to be able to feed the porcupine all the food. But we each got 3 pieces to feed and then they dropped the bowl in the pen. I was let down with this experience as well. I think the admission was good for what you get for the value, but the additional animal experiences were not worth it at all

Part 2: Quick Note: I'm not upset with the staff. My…read moreconcerns are with the management/owner and the lack of accountability. Instead of taking responsibility, the blame was shifted onto the staff. There was also a lack of clear, effective communication throughout the situation, and I found the owner's (Haydee's) responses on Google and Yelp to be petty and unprofessional. The owner also claimed that we arrived early. I walked in around 4:26-4:27 p.m. for a scheduled 4:30 p.m. setup time, so we were only a few minutes early. In hindsight, it's fortunate that we were, because we ended up helping her only staff member clean and organize the venue before my event. Had we arrived exactly at our scheduled setup time, the venue would have still been dirty and disorganized, which would have been embarrassing for me as the host. When I mentioned that the decorations didn't match the theme beyond the paper plates, she didn't seem concerned. She asked me, "Well, is the place not ready for the event?" I replied, "It is now, after we helped clean it." Her response was simply, "Well okay then, the place is ready. I don't know how else you want me to help." At that point, I realized the conversation wasn't going anywhere and ended the call. Afterward, I asked the employee who the owner was, and she told me it was Haydee, the same person I had just spoken with. That was the most disappointing part of the entire experience. I expected the owner to care about both her customers and her employees. Instead, I felt my concerns were dismissed, and it seemed like no accountability was taken for the poor communication, lack of preparation, understaffing, or overall experience. The kids had fun, which is ultimately what mattered most, but the customer service, communication, organization, cleanliness, and attention to detail did not match the premium price. Between the disorganized booking process, poor communication, incomplete decorations, having to clean the venue ourselves before guests arrived, conflicting information from staff, and the dismissive response from the owner, this experience fell far short of expectations. For over $500 for a two-hour event, I expected a much smoother, more professional experience. One final concern was the cleanliness of the facility. Considering how much food, popcorn, sand, trash, and even a used diaper were still out when we arrived, it did not appear that the venue had been thoroughly cleaned or sanitized between events. Since there were two parties before ours, I expected the space to be fully cleaned before our guests, especially young children, arrived. I sincerely hope none of the children who attended our party get sick, because the condition of the facility when we walked in did not give me confidence that it had been properly sanitized before our event.

Shoes aren't allowed, and it's a socks-only facility. They have a reliable system where they put your shoes in a numbered bin and give you a matching number for easy pickup. The layout is great! There are two party rooms, a cafe with seating, and a quiet room with a massage chair. The cafe serves pizza, chicken, fries, coffee, boba, and desserts like cake pops and macarons. They also have an arcade section by the cafe, plus three restrooms, including a family restroom near the main entrance. We were in a private room, and the staff did a great job decorating it in a Star Wars theme with soft music playing in the background. The tables were nicely set up with plates, utensils, cups, and napkins. We had good drinks and food like pizza, Jollibee chicken, Filipino spaghetti, cupcakes, and cookies, it was yummy! Afterwards, the kids went to the indoor playground and enjoyed all kinds of interactive games, including slides, swings, a ball pitt, merry-go-round, jungle gym, spinners, and bounce house. The place is so lively and amazingly fun! I spoke with a really nice staff member named Ireland. She's very kind, knowledgeable, and super helpful. Ireland was polite while answering several questions I had, and I feel really good about coming back. Just a note, no food or drinks are allowed on the playground. Also, weekends get very busy and packed! If you're looking for a slower, quieter day to bring the kids, it's best to come on a weekday from Monday through Thursday. I highly recommend taking the family to Wally Wombats! It's an exciting atmosphere, staff members are pleasant, and they have awesome AC. Even with all the walking and exploring, it still feels nice and cool inside!

The only slightly weird thing was having to pay admission for my nephew who is under a year old. He's obviously too small to really play on much, so paying for an infant felt a bit unnecessary, but we just went ahead and bought the pass anyway to save the hassle. My son has been having ABA services at Sport Social for years now, and out of all the therapy he has had, they have made the most difference for my child. You see, they use sports, art, music, scooters, rock-climbing, games, social skills and more activities kiddos enjoy from the start. ABA principles are used in a fun and engaging atmosphere that goes beyond traditional therapy. Skills like resilience, regulation, and focus are used in a large facility with a basketball court, rock-wall, bounce house, music room, skatepark and more.
