The quote was presented quickly after an in person review. The project included an entire first floor and basement, partial garage, under the porch, and exterior debris around the home. The team of 4 - 5 people were attentive in reviewing each room/area, courteous, polite, professional, respectful, and hardworking. It was obvious that the team knew their business and worked well together. The crew was on time and finished quicker than the estimated time. The company was referred to us and was the most responsive of the 3 companies we requested quotes from. They were very reasonably priced and at the completion of the job, charged as estimated. Since this location is relatively new, they had a grand opening event in summer 2025 where they had free food - burgers, hot dogs, Mac and cheese, beans, pastries, etc. During the year, they'll sometimes give me random free swag like t-shirts and magnets (to help with sorting). When I have a lot of stainless steel, I'll drive onto their outdoor big weight, they let me know once they've recorded starting weight, drop off my metal, then drive back onto the scale for ending weight. Since they've gotten to know who I am, when I come into the building, they already have my account pulled up to issue the money. Prices do fluctuate slightly throughout the year, but they have the prices posted on a screen by the money office. When I have more lucrative metals (brass, copper, aluminum, etc.), I have noticed they prefer to have it weighed inside since they sort/store it inside. They have the same 2-3 guys weighing and paying out so it does start to feel like a little family. There was one time where one of the guys was even giving me pointers on how to maximize my earnings which I really appreciated. Their hours are okay. I do like that they are open on Saturdays for a few hours. During the winter they had longer hours which aligned better with my work schedule.

They also provide removal of big items at a very reasonable rate. I used their junk removal service for big stuff: furniture, full length heavy curtains and rods, mattresses etc. They also take my recycling. I would fully recommend them to anyone that wants great service. Note: when I moved to Concord I spoke with the DPW about trash removal and couldn't believe the restrictions and seemingly bureaucratic nature of their trash and recycling services. So I looked around and by chance gave Barry Brothers a call. They were accommodating and happy to have my business. They provided a brand new commercial quality hopper on wheels and a recycle bin. I don't have to separate my recycling and they've even taken extra stuff at no charge. Hire these guys.

Their driver inadvertently took an item(s) that were leaning on the dumpster. Honest mistake!!!! However.... The way my phone call was handled was horrible!!!!!!! Instead of saying "sorry to hear that... Let me ask my driver." She says, " my drivers NEVER pick anything up off the ground!!!!" She finally asked the driver who was equally rude!!!!! As I told her that they were not on the ground but leaning on the dumpster. Her reasoning went right out the window and tried spinning this whole thing on to me. So... Nice as pie to take your money but jerks when it comes to solving an issue. Terrible people skills!!!! So much for customer is always right... Especially in the dumpster business.

Pop back in to your whip, and spin around the center island which houses separate bins for your recyclables (aluminum, glass, cardboard, plastics) and there's a wee spot for a goods swap - mostly broken appliances people don't want to pay the fee for to properly dispose of.
