My bass knob stopped working properly, the bass sounded weak, and everything felt off. Another shop charged me $35, told me my amp channel was burnt out, blamed a small hole in my subwoofer, and immediately tried to sell me over $420 in new equipment without even checking or resetting my settings. I came to King of Sound for a second opinion, and within less than 15 minutes they figured out the battery replacement had simply reset my audio settings. They retuned everything, made sure the system sounded right, and now my setup works perfectly again -- honestly better than before. Insurance was covering, so price really wasn't an issue dor me. They aren't cheap, but they do amazing work. Turn around time was laid out in front of me, and they met the goal. It was a LONG process (read 1.5 months); if I didn't have a provided rental it may have affected my rating, but I did have one. Everything with the insurance process, getting me to/from the rental location, communication with me and the adjustor, and workmanship were all top notch. Ran into some issues on first attempt at a pick up, but they rectified it with fixing the issue, as well as transportation and delivery to the Irvine location. I then had wheels installed at the performance shop in Irvine. Again, it wasn't cheap, but they met all expectations. Shout out to Issa, Luis, Josh and all the of the SSR team that worked on my vehicle. If owners of high end luxury cars and supercars trust SSR, you should to.
