The first visit was after my AOS malfunctioned and a coolant-line T-adapter broke, causing all of the coolant to leak out of the system. Thankfully, I caught it in time before it led to anything more serious, like a blown head gasket. Young diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired everything safely. He was extremely knowledgeable and, more importantly, honest in his assessment. I could have upgraded to a new AOS, but he was upfront in telling me it wasn't necessary at the time. It's hard to find an honest shop, especially in automotive work, but Autotuned has consistently earned my trust. There's no unnecessary upselling, no gimmicks, and no pressure. Just straightforward recommendations and quality service. My second visit was for AC service, an oil change, and fluid top-offs. Once again, the work was honest, clear, and professionally done with no BS. Every service I've received has been fairly priced, and I'm genuinely grateful to have Young as my local mechanic. Insurance was covering, so price really wasn't an issue dor me. They aren't cheap, but they do amazing work. Turn around time was laid out in front of me, and they met the goal. It was a LONG process (read 1.5 months); if I didn't have a provided rental it may have affected my rating, but I did have one. Everything with the insurance process, getting me to/from the rental location, communication with me and the adjustor, and workmanship were all top notch. Ran into some issues on first attempt at a pick up, but they rectified it with fixing the issue, as well as transportation and delivery to the Irvine location. I then had wheels installed at the performance shop in Irvine. Again, it wasn't cheap, but they met all expectations. Shout out to Issa, Luis, Josh and all the of the SSR team that worked on my vehicle. If owners of high end luxury cars and supercars trust SSR, you should to. I first stumbled upon Impex when I brought in my recently purchased Supra in for an alignment. As Harry was working on it, he had noticed the arms were slightly bent from a previous owner, and would result in being unable align to spec. He walked through the issues found with me and provided detailed paperwork to show to the original dealership which resulted in them repairing under warranty the next day. Diagnostic spot on. Not only that, he voided the cost of alignment due to damages by seller and did not charge for the diagnostic. Fast forward a few years later and that level of honest and detailed work has not missed a beat. Every time there is a potential underlying issue that can disrupt the job or come back to bite customers in the behind in the future, they will not hesitate to inform customers of it prior to doing work. I will continue referring them to friends/family and coming here myself if I ever need work done to my vehicles beyond my control. They are one of the few honest shops around!

I did a diagnosis a few days prior and received a call back once the parts were delivered. They upgraded my headlights at the same rate, if not better, than when I purchased them from 2022. They installed custom fog lights for my Scion a while back as well. When I had issues, they always honored any warranty and fit me into their schedule within the same day. If I'm doing a service at Toyota and ask for proof of the old car part on the work order, it's unlikely they'll save the removed piece. At Impex Motorsports, Harry saved the removed parts without my request. Harry and Ken demonstrate integrity and honesty which are the reasons I keep coming back.
