I bought a stereo system and some speakers from this shop for $1600. The older Armenian guy that works the front counter. Stated that they are the best in the industry and he would take care of me. I picked up the car they left the trash from the speakers and stereo in my car they threw the module and the old radio on the floor. The first day I started driving the car after the radio was installed the radio froze I had to turn the car off to reset the radio. The controls on my steering wheel do not work properly. So I dropped the car off for a few more hours so they can fix the issues. I came back to pick up my car the Old Man said that my steering wheel was broken before they installed the radio and he filmed it I told him you can't film it after the fact and tell me it's broken. At this point the Old Man became upset and started yelling. I told him to stop raising his voice at me. I told him I will take it to the dealer and address these issues with my steering wheel. He tells me once they figure it out to bring it back so they can fix it. I should've never brought my car here I very much regret it I should've left my car alone. I will never buy anything from the stereo shop again and on a sidenote I remove the boxes and put everything in the back of my car I noticed that someone went through my tools and went through my stuff in my trunk of my car. read more

The owner was great and assured us that the Work is guaranteed and if anything goes wrong to, please bring it back to him. We had some technical difficulties and we took it back and they were able to fix what was wrong just like you said. After three years screen on the stereo was damaged and he was able to get us a new unit at a discounted price since we are returning customers. Do not come here or let these people touch your vehicle. Worst place ever!!! I brought me truck which I rarely drive to this place for door speakers. I purchased mid grade Focal speakers ( Access 6x9 & 5x7 ). After some time the speakers started sounding funny so I took my truck to a licensed Focal dealer for inspection. The technician discovered that Stereo USA Plus installed the wrong speakers, they installed at 5x7 speakers in a 6x9 spot. Furthermore they charged me for access speakers but installed Universal which is the lowest level. Basically they charged me then switched the product while I waited for service. I wouldn't trust these guy with your vehicle at all. I brought the receipt and the speakers plus videos of the speakers being removed by Focal technician and the store manager got hostile when all the information was presented to him. The manager started yelling at me making the comment the I wanted free stuff when he was clearly in the wrong. I had to ask him repeatedly to not speak to me disrespectfully. He went as far as threatening to call the police, which I encouraged him to do. What a complete narcissist, when clearly confronted with wrongdoing he became aggressive then attempted to play victim. I would challenge anyone who has had services at this business to check you vehicle to see if they installed what is on you paid for and on the receipt. I will be going to the court to file a claim against this business. We'll see is the manager try's to get crazy with the judge the way he did with me. Have a few complaints about this place and they do not help once they take your money you're on your own ever since I took my car. I've been having problems after problems and now I can't even drive it. I changed the starter change three batteries change the alternator and it still don't drive.
