I've been going to place for over 10 years and the customer service is great and the products I've gotten in the past are always great quality. I got work done and had to go back a couple of times for and they never charged for the fuses or anything. Do not come here or let these people touch your vehicle. Worst place ever!!! I brought me truck which I rarely drive to this place for door speakers. I purchased mid grade Focal speakers ( Access 6x9 & 5x7 ). After some time the speakers started sounding funny so I took my truck to a licensed Focal dealer for inspection. The technician discovered that Stereo USA Plus installed the wrong speakers, they installed at 5x7 speakers in a 6x9 spot. Furthermore they charged me for access speakers but installed Universal which is the lowest level. Basically they charged me then switched the product while I waited for service. I wouldn't trust these guy with your vehicle at all. I brought the receipt and the speakers plus videos of the speakers being removed by Focal technician and the store manager got hostile when all the information was presented to him. The manager started yelling at me making the comment the I wanted free stuff when he was clearly in the wrong. I had to ask him repeatedly to not speak to me disrespectfully. He went as far as threatening to call the police, which I encouraged him to do. What a complete narcissist, when clearly confronted with wrongdoing he became aggressive then attempted to play victim. I would challenge anyone who has had services at this business to check you vehicle to see if they installed what is on you paid for and on the receipt. I will be going to the court to file a claim against this business. We'll see is the manager try's to get crazy with the judge the way he did with me. I brought my truck to stereo USA and spent 8k I got all my speakers replaced in a brand new truck GMC AT4X! This truck came with a full Bose system I wanted something better. From the day I took my truck in to a year later I've been to this shop 36 TIMES this is not an exaggeration. I installed 4 Memphis 8 inch subs with a custom box. The subs kept blowing because there's not enough air in the port so that was probably three or four visits then finally change the subs out to another brand and only did two 8 inch subs. I had to leave my truck there for four days to get a new sub box made then those subs ended up having multiple different issues so then i had to pay for two more JL W7 8" subs that was $1200 more but he claims it was a great deal cuz he wasn't able to warranty the other subs that ripped. My amps have never been set properly and that's why the subs kept blowing and my speakers kept having issues. I've had the front ones replaced twice then the back ones replaced twice and then the left rear speaker has had continuous issues to where I've brought it back seven different times left it there overnight multiple times i've had to Uber there and back multiple times never been compensated every time it's just all bringing the car in. We'll get it fixed. now I'm at the point where I guess I just lose the money and go somewhere else. This is gotta be the worst customer service. My wife is absolutely disgusted and how many times I've brought my vehicle back-and-forth to this place that it's literally caused us fights. Don't use this place read more
