The work done was the original couch and dinette was removed and the carpet replaced. Bunk beds were removed. Country kitchen sink was installed (love love love) as well as a new water pump. Water damage to the cabinets along the floor, after a 6 month slow leak, were repaired. The shower liner was replaced with real stainless steel fixtures, not RV fixtures. Above and beyond, they cleaned all the windows & screens, washed the curtains, and cleaned 5 years of mildew from the area's furniture was removed. They washed all the spiders down from the outside of the trailer and left the trailer spotless as well as the deck/patio area. Deep cleaning service was called by my realtor and they came to clean the condo. Boy what a mistake! So they did show up on time and began work on the house. Joel Sotomayor, the owner of the company came along with 3 lady workers and all were working to clean the house. After 4 hours or so, they left. When I came to check on the house the stove still had burnt material from previous tenant left on the stove. I called my realtor and sent him a picture of the stove and he said, "that stove is not cleaned called them to come back and clean it properly. So I called Joel Sotomayor, the owner of deep cleaning service, and he said, "well in my 20 years experience I don't take all the dirt of the to prevent me from damaging/scratching stove" WTF!!! I got a rag and some some cooktop cleaning detergent and the stove was spotless in less than 3 minutes. I sent him pictures of the spotless stove and he stated, "Well u can deduct $100.00 from bill" Then I opened the freezer and refrigerator and there was a box of melted ice cream in the freezer that was not cleaned and the fridge was full of dirt. In addition, the freezer had some red and green liquid spilled all over the insides which also was not cleaned. I looked at his bill and it is clearly marked that he cleaned the refrigerator and freezer which obviously they did not touch. Lastly, he charged $485.00 for steam cleaning carpet and there are 3 rooms and stairs and the carpets were still stain. I hired another carpet cleaning company and they charged $100.00 and left the carpets spotless. Overall, Deep Cleaning services did a very poor job at cleaning my house and they charged an insanely high price for their poor performance (Total $1295 for a three room house). And to top it off, he had an excuse for every complaint I had. I would not even recommend them to my worse enemies. I will never use this shitty company again. Please don't make the same mistake I made.

They were very professional, showed up when they said, worked around changing deadlines, and most importantly, cleaned our house to a spotless shine that was open house showcase ready. In addition, they gave us a very reasonable price. They offer a lot of extras: windows, blinds, walls, fridge, stove, fireplace, power washing, steam carpet cleaning - full service. Although their address is in Antioch and their invoice indicated they serve Contra Costa County, they came to our house in Oakland in Alameda County. I recommend them without hesitation. I would hope when Larry see this that his crew would go back and fix the gates or refund my $1409 and take the gates away and I'll go order real gates from Lowe's or Home Depot. they just took advantage of a 73 yr old senior citizen white female.
