I needed this done for a new employer, and he made the process quick and easy. Eric is very kind and made sure all my prints were perfectly clear. He runs a great shop and even offers DMV-related services too. I didn't have to pay for my scan since my employer already paid for it. I purchased a car out of state and had no clue where to start for the DMV registration. Don't bother. Shop says it's open at 8:am but when I arrived 10 minutes early for my 9:00 am Live Scan appointment, the door is locked and lights are off. I waited 10 minutes before calling the business to find out what was going on, but only reached their voicemail. I left my phone number so they could call me back. Gary from 1 Stop called 40 mins later to say that they were there working in the back??? and asked if I wanted to reschedule...no apology for wasting my time. No thanks...so unprofessional!!Ironic that a sign on the door says that if you're more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, it will be cancelled. HAHAHA!!! read more

Hands-down easiest car registration experience I've had. My car documents were not the most straightforward to deal with. Consulted with Erick on Saturday but DMV was already closed so couldn't get my things sorted out that day. Came back next Monday, got vehicle inspected at DMV, went back here then drove away 15-20 minutes with plates and registration. Highly recommended! I found this place on a complete whim and I'm so happy that I did! Eric was efficient and extremely patient when taking my school ID photo. As I got my life together because sometimes I'm a hot mess, he waited patiently while I searched for my university's ID requirements in my email. In addition, since I will be relocating out of state, he also answered my questions about the registration process once I move out of California. Eric was extremely helpful and now that I know you can have someone register your vehicle for you without having to go to the DMV, I'm in heaven. Eric was so helpful with all the information I needed and questions I had for him. I needed my out of state plates transferred and all he needed was the basic smog test and VIN number and he got my CA plates in under 30 minutes. The process was hassle free and inexpensive for that tall of an order. I'm definitely coming back to renew my plates next year! Eric's cousin also put my plates on my car for free! Great customer service. It's such a family oriented business and they really treat you like family when you walk in the door. I wish I could give them more then 5 stars! read more

I stopped by One Stop Registration Services and saw Eric twice, he got me my new vehicle sticker for 2020 in about ten minutes, I wouldn't go anywhere else to get my sticker renewed. His service is personalized, I love no lines. And Yelpers please give Eric a break, he has a life too and needs to take care of himself like all of us, CALL before you show up so he can take care of you during his business hours. read more

Purchased a car from out of state and needed a VIN verification for DMV. Left a VM with the State Police, AAA said no because I bought the car from a dealer....what?, tried calling DMV and going to website to find location that would do it and was not able to get the info I needed. Called Eric at One Stop Registration Services and he told me to come right on over. Parked in front of his shop and he did all the work and gave me the forms I needed within 20 minutes! I've gone to Araik for Live scans 4 or 5 times now. He's a pro. He's quick and there's never a wait. Great guy. Sometimes he has engagements elsewhere so call ahead. I'll always go to Araik for live scans or car registration issues. read more

Araik is the man. I came to him with a unique vehicle I was uncertain I could even register in CA, and he assured me it would not be a problem. Not only did he successfully and quickly get my vehicle registered, he was a pleasure to work with. While others may have turned down the job because registering my vehicle involved a lot of extra legwork, Araik seemed to enjoy the challenge. If more people approached their jobs with the same level of dedication and excitement as Araik the world would be a much better place. read more

I bought a used classic out of state and was dreading dealing with the DMV. According to DMV I needed to do a VIN verification as well as fill out several forms. As I researched about it more thoroughly, it was an interesting concept knowing many people don't like going to the DMV and especially waiting in the long lines. I had one renewal that was lost in the mail, and the wait times for the phone lines are horrendous. I wasn't eligible for online registration because I was too far overdue--they sent a notice to an old address that was updated for my license, but not my mailing address . Rose City got me a same day appointment on no advance notice, processed my renewal and handed me my new tags and registration on the spot. In quarantine we have had to Learn how to get things done without access to the normal resources, and normally that means not getting things done in person. This is one solution that's may seem contrary because you're walking into a building instead of doing it through the mail or phone, but everything gets done immediately. And with the way many government services are backlogged or overwhelmed, this is one instance where paying a little bit more to contract the services from a local business is worth the cost.

Overall, there were no signs of what to do or where to go, so make sure to ask around. No appointment? Walk all the way in and queue up. Visiting on a weekday afternoon at 4:10pm, I was able to get seen within 20 minutes (!) after receiving a number. Other than the difficulty finding the queues, there isn't quite "good" organization here. I would describe the location of each service as fairly chaotic, though the nice part is the waiting area is together, and the windows are on the sides. Once you figure out the process, though, its buttery smooth.

I contacted the owner and he said that he gave me a verbal quote and then said he gave me better pads( which is not reflected on the invoice or told to me prior to the work was done) and then went back to he gave me a verbal quote for the difference in price. The verbal quote he told me he gave was not even the price he charged me. Overall the service was good and quick. The quoting and charging was my issue. I will take ownership that I didn't inspect the final invoice before paying but I still think that the business owner should have honored his original quote and if an upgraded part was used and was billed (according to the owner) then should be approved beforehand.

After I pickup my supra I noticed the exhaust sound wasn't consistent which Flow Master and lifted the car to discover a generic no brand muffler and very poor welded job. When I confronted Omar, he said that despite my muffler not saying it was a Flow Master. I called Flowmaster the company to confirm, and they let me know they do not create Flowmaster mufflers without the Flowmaster brand emblem. Advance Muffler also had installed a 'magma flow" muffler on my son's Acura Integra a few months back so I also lifted his car to find that his muffler was also generic with no brand markings. I spoke to Omar about the situation and he refunded my Supra install and stated he is not a muffler guy and didn't know. I believe this shop often claims to sell you brand name mufflers, like Flowmaster at a premium price and installs generic no name mufflers not expecting customers to ever check.

Anyone who builds off-road vehicles knows that finding the right shop is a niche and personal choice--you want a team you can trust with your rig. I had originally received a quote from a shop in San Diego, but when I realized there was a shop right here in my own backyard in Burbank, I wanted to try and keep my business local. I reached out and sent them the itemized list of work from the previous shop to see what they could do. What followed was some of the most unprofessional behavior I've ever experienced. The guy who called me back came out swinging, practically yelling at me over the phone. He was incredibly defensive, snapping, "Just so you know, we are $275 an hour for labor, and I see you cut this invoice out from someone else's estimate. We are more expensive than them." He sounded deeply insecure and visibly furious that a customer would dare to shop around for the best fit. He later left a voicemail asking me to call back. When I did, a different guy answered the phone and spoke to me like I was a debt collector harassing him. When I answered his question about who I was looking for and our previous conversation, he rudely interrupted me mid-sentence, blurting out, "OKAY, WELL I HAVE ANOTHER CALL SO..." and literally just trailed off into silence. I just hung up. Why would I ever let people who treat human beings this way get anywhere near my vehicle? How does a business survive operating like this? I had a $12,000 job ready to go for tire replacements, a suspension overhaul, front bumper replacement, roof rack and heavy maintenance work. Instead of securing a massive project, these clowns let their egos and hostile communication skills ruin the transaction. Out of principle, take your hard-earned money and your rig somewhere else. Go to a shop where people actually practice basic kindness, respect, and professional communication. The way this entire crew came across was like a bunch of snakes. Save yourself the headache and go to another off-road establishment. And know that this place charges an hourly labor rate of $275 an hour.

Covid held up my registration process for a car I purchased this March (I was still waiting for plates and registration while getting late notices!) and while the DMV was backed up with appointment only services, I just happened to drive by and saw their sign. I was referred here by my cousin and was blown away. I didn't know you can take care of all your DMV business without going to the DMV. This place takes can do everything the DMV handles and does it without the DMV lines, the DMV hassles, without the DMV parking and without the DMV poor service.
